I voted for Bernie. But as a minority, I'm used to not getting what I want.

Must be nice.

These people are going to hand Trump a win. And its not just bernie or busters, its privileged people who want to see the world burn, or doing it to be edgy, or for the LULs, or people that just simply don't like Hillary. They don't have a dog in the fight in Biff's world.

No they aren't. It's going to be Hilary.

Cheri Honkala, the organizer for the Philadelphia-based PPEHRC, said her group’s demonstration is meant to put a spotlight on the plague of homelessness and poverty in the city. She also is planning a bean supper for Sanders delegates ahead of Clinton’s acceptance speech on Thursday, hoping that the bean-filled Sanders supporters will return to the Wells Fargo Center and greet Clinton with flatulence.

I'm aware.

Certainly. But that could be because no one is looking and why bother they got Hilary so what's the point.

I would also say the complete lack of investigation into the Clinton email scandal was the cherry on top for her... Being able to just skip that whole mess. It's great your able to trust her. She doesn't sit well with me... It's the whole double standard that she has set on this and other things.

But I could be misinformed about the emails... and how it's different from any other time where government files were leaked and those people were met with punishment.

You must live in a hole. There is no other explanation.

Email scandal received 10x the amount of investigation that it deserved.

Thread after thread I move closer and closer to the reason for this bullshit being a combination of:

1.) Sanders constant accusations of corruption against the DNC.
2.) Babbys first election.
3.) Social Media Bubbles

You VERY RARELY get everything you want, that's just how politics is.

I'm not sure if it's White Privilege as much as lack of perspective. It's more a political bubble caused by Social Media; look at the significant correlating factors of Sanders Supporters: Age, and Social Media Use.

While Trump Supporters are united with their Xenophobia and Racism.
Bernie or Bust people are united on their vision that America is secretly a Socialist Utopia waiting for a Messiah to make it happen.

There is no way we are not going to have a right wing party.

Even in your hypothetical scenario the Democratic party would just trend right while the "left" opposition party moderates so that it can actually win elections.

I agree, but what will "right wing" mean in 2040?

Voter fraud on such a massive scale wouldn't go unnoticed and quite a few people would absolutely jump at the possibility of completely stripping Clinton out of any sort of legitimacy.

Complete lack of investigation? Are you serious? (I'm not asking aggressively)

I ind it sadly depressing that there were almost no protesters at the Republican convention, which stood for the opposite of everything progressives want in a cauldron of hatred and bile. But they plan huge rallies against the democratic nominee with whom they agree on 90%+ of issues.

I think people who beat the Sanders drum at this point aren't really driven by ideology.

Except I don't think it did and so do a lot of other people, many of them conservative yes.

She carelessly used classified info, allowed the aide who maintained the server and her lawyer access to that material, tried to keep the whole thing a secret, and lied about it when she got caught.

So I mean maybe she'll be Obama 2.0... Maybe she won't. We're going off her word here.

Republicans deleted over 20 million emails during Bush's term against the law. Its documented and a known fact. Unlike Clinton they did actually break the law. It was proven they were using private email servers to avoid congressional oversight and an audit trail of decisions being made - including the dismissal of US attorneys.

Zero prosecutions or investigations.

What's this nonsense? Are you from a parellel reality where there was no investigation?

I'll just tackle one narrative that is hilarious and I keep seeing pop up.

Her email address was: "hrod17@clintonemail.com"

holy fuck, how did she keep it a secret!?
Did nobody look at emails addresses EVER?

"but but but bernie's rhetoric won't have any effect on hillary's success!"

50k protestors = an effect. grats bernie, you created a narrative and bred the mistrust, now we here

To be fair I don't think it was Bernie's fault for pointing out criticisms in a system that clearly doesn't work for a good amount of people. And judging by Trumps success. I would say its a system that doesn't work for at least 50% of the population.

Although I am for a unified party at this point, I don't see anything really wrong here. They are entitled to free speech and protest just as anyone else, some people will not just get in line and fair enough, its there vote and choice.

You must not get a lot of emails where there is a ton of people on the CC or in the TO sections.

Also it's not the email address... it was handing over evidence... and having an aide administer the server.

Yes, your armchair analysis is obviously more accurate that that of the FBI and scores of legal analysts who has been saying all year that there would be no grounds to charge her.

What EXACTLY do you want them to investigate further. Just saying "investigate the emails" is lazy and irresponsible.

The nation is moving on from the pointless and meaningless scandal. Only you and your Tea Party buddies think there is anything to it, and that is because the Tea Party is made up of professionally stupid people.

What more investigation should have been done?

Or does "not enough investigation" mean "not enough indictment"

How the fuck do you people not get that you only indict a person when you think they did something illegal?

Clinton wasn't formally accused of a crime because she didn't commit one. If she did break the law, she did a fucking good job of hiding it, because nobody has found evidence she did.

Sounds a lot like when people signed the petition to get Megaman Legends 3 un-cancelled and the number of people who signed it just ended up justifying how small the base really is.

35-50k protestors? Yeah ok.

A guy on MSNBC just used that number to describe all demonstrators. Because Republicans, socialists, BLM, and possibly even some Neo Nazis are planning to show up, I doubt the Bernie or Bust folks will make much of a splash.

My point is that where people actually broke the law, they were not investigated or prosecuted at all. It's quite a serious crime.

Yet in a case where someone didn't break the law, where after 7 investigations including an FBI investigation with no , here you are still repeating lies and misinformation and making accusations of corruption.

Where were you when republicans actually broke the law knowingly to cover up misdeeds? Why are you still repeating factually incorrect rubbish when you clearly don't actually give a shit about the topic you are talking about - you just want to attack Hillary?

And your arm chair analysis that they did is better? See I can also attack the poster as well to try to defeat their points. Ain't too hard.

Maybe they did do a great amount of investigation and thought what was leaked wasn't of highest importance to lead to criminal charges. Which I can get behind maybe she didn't. What did happen was that she was careless with it... that is fact, and let unclassified people have access to that information. I mean if you want' a President who is careless about that stuff cool.

Also it's an incredible double standard... Where people who have done, similar or less have had their careers ended and received punishments. That's really not an indictment of Clinton, which I agree is unfair to her but rather an indictment to the system.

Again with the attacks and presumptions about me.

Lol. This is laughable.

You decided long ago that Hillary was a criminal. That is pretty obvious.

No amount of information will change the mind of a person who is actively ignoring the facts.

They could also just act like adults and accept that they're not getting their ideal candidate, and then focus on making sure that the orange fascist who's also running doesn't actually become president.

But no, a fart protest. That'll show the world who the rational voters are!

What a bunch of crybaby sore losers.

Whatever happened to losing with dignity. Hillary won, and not by a hair like Obama in 08, by a LOT.

Deal with it.

Fair enough. She didn't break the law... just acted carelessly with that government information and then tried to hide it. Speaks more about her character I would say.

I dunno. When did that happen at the end of the Bush era? During the Bush era? I was in High School/College. Voting for Kerry and Obama. Where were you?

Lol. This is laughable.

I'm going off what the FBI director said

But continue to just vilify me instead of debating what I'm actually saying.
