I'm helping a kid hook up his PS2 to our ISP so that he can play his Ratchet and Clank 3 online. :D

If you haven't guessed I work on an ISP helpdesk, it can be such a headache at times. Half the time the caller doesn't speak english well enough for you to understand them, let alone have them understand you, and even if you break things down into as simple as you can, they still don't get it?!.. argh anyway, just thought I'd share my joy. :)

Yeah, I work the graveyard shift for a company called EDS. China, Belgium, Spain, India, Japan, Australia.... I never talk to anyone unless they're hard to understand (Australians not to bad tho.... cheers m8!)
 
I used to do that sh1t. Man I hated it. I hated the atmosphere, I hated the job, I usually didn't like the customers, and generally didn't like my backstabbing superiors. :lol
 
Didn't helpdesk get like #4 or 5 on the shittiest jobs of 2004?

I don't think it's possible to have a happy helpdesk. Or competent management.
