I'm helping a kid hook up his PS2 to our ISP so that he can play his Ratchet and Clank 3 online. 
If you haven't guessed I work on an ISP helpdesk, it can be such a headache at times. Half the time the caller doesn't speak english well enough for you to understand them, let alone have them understand you, and even if you break things down into as simple as you can, they still don't get it?!.. argh anyway, just thought I'd share my joy.
