Are you kidding? As far as my experience goes, it's generally considered to be an absolute stain on the mattress, especially compared to the EU/JP SNES. I can only agree with that sentiment.

I envy you for your earlier releases, but certainly not for the butchered consoles you have recieved over the years. SNES and Turbo Grafx, to be exact.

The US SNES is so sleek... and purple! You can't win without the purple! The color of royalty. It was like the coolest looking piece of electronics ever when it first came out. IMO

The Super Famicom, on the other hand, looks like an albino with a big sloping forehead. No purple, either.

the Sharp X68000 workstations - Fujitsu FM Towns workstations - NEC SuperGrafx and NEC PC-FX are probably the most awesome looking game machines, ever. they make Xbox-Gamecube-PS2-Dreamcast look ugly....ok the Panasonic Q Gamecube is nice.....

the Playstation2 standing vert or horz looks FUGLY compared to any X68000. the new slim PS2 (aka "PSTwo") is an improvement but doesnt look nearly as awesome as X68000s from the late 80s to early 90s.

Seriously, all I really did was make a snide comment about his (lack of) taste in visually appealling consoles. He could have shot back with anything he wanted, but he tried to make it personal... and didn't do a very good job at it, either. While I enjoyed our verbal sparring match, let's just say I wasn't very winded when Senor Fumbduck went down for the ol' count. Also, he had a bit of a history of saying weird shit in other threads.
