MP's intro was pretty swank.

I like OoT's though. Mostly because it was the first time for me seeing link riding a horse in 3D. The music was nice too.

KOTOR: The figure of Darth Malak with his intimidating pose and the smoke around him. His rhythmic breathing also helped give him some life.

Electrocop on the Lynx had an outstanding title screen sequence, especially considering that the game came out in 1989 on a handheld system.

For that matter, most of the early Lynx games had pretty spiffy title screen sequences.
