Starboy should overtake it not next week, but maybe the week after. I think only iTunes & Youtube are the last to fall. So I'm guessing 12 weeks at no. 1, maybe 13. Starboy the album will release soon and send that single over the edge at least for a little bit.

Beyonce's self-titled is a rushed corney (novelty) album, like she was experimenting with that surprise release before perfecting it with Lemonade, which turned out to be her best album to date and I really doubt she'll be able to top it. Still, it is an achievement for a mainstream artist of her calibur to make her Opus that late in her career; most musicians from her generation are way past their prime, if not all.

If she somehow manages to top Lemonade...then fuck me!


As for the Closer thing, Side to Side whould have knocked it off the top by now had it been Minaj-free, that song is addictive and such a "bop" but let's be real, a lot of people cringe once that corney amateur rap verse kick in. #DickBicycle
