The song with Travis Scott isn't a part of it unfortunately. There are rumors of her releasing two projects, with nightride being the first one and the second one sometime next year that is titled joyride. Perhaps that track will be on the future album instead.

Probably because 24K magic is crap that has no melody and is him just trying to re-create Uptown Funk. I love Bruno & I loved Uptown Funk, but 24K Magic is just god-awful.
