I remember watching this review back when this video first was posted on GameSpot. Back then, this game was seen as a real novelty, but it was still reviewed as a bad game that you should not spend your money on. It was sort of the pre cursor top the 'asset flip' epidemic that was caused by the Unity store games. Which also lead into the Steam card scams.
It was a legitimately incomplete game back then that was shoveled into a box and shipped as a retail title by a budget ware division of Activation. Now it's notoriety is being used to sell it again as a literal 'meme' game.
