Videogamer review aside it's kind of funny how IGN almost looks like it's on the low end of the spectrum here! I just hope it's not like GTA4 where most people seem to consider it a solid game at best, terrible at worst (I'm in the "it's a pretty solid game" camp.)

The gunplay is very satisfying and there is still plenty of moments to explore. I would say its a more exciting game but it doesn't take away from what makes bioshock what it is.

Yeah, not sounding good to me. They're saying it leans more heavily on combat than either of the previous Bioshock games. I think I should have trusted my instincts and sold my Steam key.
