linksys wired befsr41 router

i have ports 6881 to 6889 and port 6969 forwarded on tcp. i also have 6881~6889 and 6969 triggered.

im using bittornado and im downloading fine but for some reason im not uploading. before i hooked up my router it was fine so i know its my router. is there something im overlooking?

Only time I have that problem is when there are far more people seeding than leeching.
