Black Friday 2011 Thread: Newest Online Deals: Vanquish PS3 $5.50 At Best Buy

Some of the PSP game deals look good. Anyone know how to fix a psp when it keeps thinking I pushed home or I opened the UMD tray. I haven't used my psp in a long time because of that.
 
Well, I decided to buy the Limited Edition of Trails in the Sky. I hope it is going to be eligible for the UMD transfer thing on the Vita eventually.
 
Red Dead Redemption GOTY for $30? I guess it's time to give that a try.

I really want a deal on the PS3 Uncharted bundle. I don't care about either Ratchet & Clank: All 4 One or Little Big Planet 2 and I'm sure the trade-in value will plummet after this bundle anyhow. Plus, I'd prefer the 320GB PS3.
 
Ha, the Fate/Extra LE was 29.99, then it turned back into an 'upcoming' deal for later.
So I guess the standard will be 19.99.
 
Some decent deals this year, my goal is not to spend any money on anything though. Maybe a thing or two from NewEgg that I could possibly use that is really cheap (like $20 or under cheap).

PS - Where are titties for $15 at?
 
Ohhh, PSP RPGs, I was just looking for those. Which Ys game is better Oath in Felghana or VII? They both seem to have pretty similar reviews from what I see.

I know that's true for the lightning deals, but what about the other sales listed on the Black Friday page? Noire, Red Dead, DQ, etc.?

My sister was interested in picking up 999, but she wanted to wait until Friday to see how much she'll be spending on other things.

They're really different, I recommend both of them :D

Oath in Felghana is more of the classic Ys formula. An awesome, rocking soundtrack, challenging but fun bosses, and Adol roaming the lands alone.

Seven gives you AI party members you can switch between on the fly and more traditional RPG elements like crafting and lots of weapons and armor upgrades, instead of just a few things you get that you pay to improve. It's also longer, but that's not necessarily good or bad.

Personally I like Oath in Felghana better, but like I said, I'd recommend both.

That's not really a great deal. You should be able to get used quality 720p tvs for that now. Also, if you're going to use it for a monitor you definitely want more than 720p.

finally amazon matches newegg, metal gear solid HD collection is $30 on amazon now but its the 360 version so i guess most dont want to play with a 360 controller :P

I can't seem to find an 100% answer anywhere: That Wal-Mart Wii, is it in-store only or will they also have some available on the website? I know my parents were able to grab a doorbuster TV from the website in the middle of the night last year.

Any professed JRPG fan that does not purchase & enjoy the hell out of Trails in the Sky is NOT actually a JRPG fan. They're just pretending to be.

This is the kind of game you purchase and play EVEN if you don't own a PSP yourself. Hit up the buddy that has their PSP collecting dust in the back of their closets and borrow it to experience this game.

Canadian equivalent of Black Friday is technically the day AFTER Christmas - namely Boxing Day.
I have an annual tradition of staying up Christmas night and freezing my ass off in line outside of a Future Shop until 6:00am.
