is tearing me a new one. It should be an easy fight: attack legs, make him collapse, etc. but I can't seem to do anything other than avoiding its swipes

I think this guy isn't so easy. I was 55 and killed him quick but he could 3 shot me easily as well. Hard to dodge his double swipe. I think you just need raw power, he needs to collapse within a few hits. Though i also downed him after one running thrust, but perhaps hits add up.

Endgame. Level/Souls mean nothing, you run around with hundreds of thousands and you dont care. Not to say it costs more than 100k to level you up, it's just kinda needless. Arcane'd, my swords in the 700s on atk.

I got the one in the abandoned Workshop and I know you get one from a boss that I haven't killed yet. I am worried that I can't get one of the miss-able ones. I can't find the girl Ariana and I am pretty sure I killed the girl in the Clinic too early.

Can someone confirmed that I can't get the true ending anymore so I can stop worrying about it. T-T

Got to the Forbidden Forest this morning. Accrued 50,000 blood echoes. Spent 30 minutes wandering around this fucking maze. Died because of a dumb mistake. So mad.

I did the same thing in the same area. I stupidly tried avoiding the cannonballs by hiding behind some wooden planks and got myself one-shot. So totally stupid.

Fortunately it didn't take me nearly as long to get back to that spot as it did the first time. A little surprised I found my way back there so easily.

The first time you clear it you are doing the devs one. You unlock the root version after that. That one is randomized.

The named ones are set, the root chalices are generated. You need to do higher level chalice dungeons. If youre getting 10000 you have to be on a low chalice.

I was doing a lot of damage, but treating the fight a little like Sif probably helped. Just get under or behind him. Camera will get finicky.

Avoid him, kill BSB, get kidnapped by the sack men, kill Darkbeast, and approach him from either Darkbeast or BSB lantern.

The random ones have "root" in the name and only drop upgrade materials etc. The non-random chalice dungeons are the same for everyone including the drops. At least that's what I read.

go past the bridge that leads to the boss and up on the hill you will see a wolf, go up there kill it and activate the elevator that leads back to the entrance lantern

Question about Chalice Dungeons. Suppose my friend makes a dungeon and he gives me the glyph. So I join his thing. He wants help with level 3, but since I haven't explored on my own, I can only enter at Chamber of the Seal. Does this mean it's impossible for me to help him?

And what if we want to do the entier thing together, layer 1 through 3? Each time we beat a boss the person not hosting gets booted. Then they have to search again, and it takes fucking 10+ minutes for the system to pair us up.

Is this all working as intended?
