I'm so ready to platinum this game. I need just second boss in upper cath, cainhurst, and nightmare frontier. I've got my main story to the last area but I really want to get the optional stuff done first before NG+. I will do some optional stuff in NG+ but maybe not all. Etorias in upper cath I cant find help for her at all. I've killed her helping others like 5 times. When i ring bell to help others I jump into their game in like 5seconds but i can ring be beckon bel and sit for 30 mins without ever getting help for Etorias or whatever that last boss is in upper cathedral.

On another note, my first PVP encounter was two invaders at once...I had evaded them without knowing they were there because I fell down to the poison area..I luckily found the bell ringing woman, and killed her, but then the fun ensues.
I think Hemwick could be one of my favourite gaming regions ever. So fucking cool.
The boss is ridiculously easy too (I say that but I died the first time cos I didn't know what to expect and then went back and managed it far better once I "got" it). Well happy with the reward at the end too which I've been waiting for!
Currently in the Forbidden Forest now. This area rocks as well. RE4/Evil Within vibes here too.

so, I'm back at the Iosefka Clinic,I went upstair there was some weird alien thing that I killed, and there is a woman who told me not to come upstair and I ignored her and she killed me, I went back for revenge and I now noticed the alien thing is dead but his body is still around, was he an NPC? also should I kill her?, or if I can interact with her is there an absolution like Dark Souls?

Decided to work on getting further with chalice dungeons and am getting to the end of the Defiled Chalice! Whoever thought this particular dungeon was a good idea must really hate people. It would probably also help if I didn't wear the doll's dress, but oh well. Anyways, I wanted to show off the two chalice dungeon bosses I fought in there!

way earlier than this. (I'm at TOR) It's pretty funny how easy he now compared to my first accidental run-in with him, thanks to my way higher def and attack power. Literally just randomly swinging my sword towards the end of the fight.

Yes as in the further you go the harder they get and the more plentiful the rewards, you can find the same weapons with different suffixes there, and shit gets bananas later on. Completely unique stuff you won't encounter in the main game. You can do them as soon as you are able to get one, doing them latter will make the low tier chalices a cake walk at the beginning but it ramps up to basically getting one-shot by mobs .

Step 1- grab 20 throwing knives
Step 2- throw them once every 40 seconds
step 3- back up and dont daze off for all of 10m.
Not kidding. Works even on the hardest version of him.

I went in to
the Wet nurse fight blind and was not expecting it to summon its mirror. Just kept running in circles screaming NOPE till the shroud of darkness lifted

You can just charge them, run to their side and start charging R2. Their attack will miss and your R2 will hit for massive damage. Get in a couple more hits before the pig turns towards you and thats that.

I have only killed 4 bosses and I have spent about 20 hours in game just exploring and finding things.
I picked up an item on my exploration that mentioned a place when I got to it holding that item I was transported to two new locations that are terrifying and have me totally lost. My progress is now all over the place, there is no sign of any linearity at all and it's fantastic.
No one else I know playing has even had any of this happen to them, nor have they found a hidden area I found and they think I am making it all up.....

dude when I hear the pig coming at me like a freight train, I shit myself... being killed in one hit from them doesnt help either!
