BLOODBORNE Spoiler Thread (read OP)

brb preordering the game.

You mean to tell me not only have you not pre-ordered yet? You have not purchased 2 copies...

The Special Edition Steelbook one, and Digital so that you can play it the second it comes up.

Wow, there is actually a non-hardcore GAF, and it makes me sad.

I may need to go digital on this one. That disc won't be leaving my PS4 for a while anyway, so I might as well keep it on the dashboard.

So can someone confirm this for me, you can equip two weapons at once right? And it doesn't matter which weapons are equipped or can you only have like 1 heavy and 1 light weapon? Or it doesn't matter?

Did none of you notice the invisible wall stopping the bullets?
Yes, those exist in great games like Crash Bandicoot 2 and God Hand as well. They're there for gameplay purposes :)

I was going to get FF Type-0 HD but this topic made me think about getting Bloodborne. After this streaming and after checking that I can still preorder the Nightmare Edition here in Spain... I have to do it.

If someone from Europe wants the Collector's Edition (Not the Nightmare one) there are copies on Amazon Spain.

Back in the day when DS2 came out we would switch to russian streaming sites for esports and there would be no one to stop us.

Why are the
bullets
stopping in mid-air like that? Seems like he should have taken damage near the beginning of the video.

It's not a bother. There was bound to be an element of jank at some point in the game.

All of you have little faith.

Backstory is this. Science and Technology take a back seat to Hatting. The inhabitants of this world have put their minds and skills to making the most amazing Top Hats.

Of course bullets would have a limited distance. Technologically they are not advanced enough as all the research and development costs of this world clearly go to making the swag of hats possible.

All of you are heathens for believing in, the invisible wall.

lol

Of course I have no faith. There is no faith stat.

So for those that are harping on the fact that he is not using the mid-transformation attack enough, there is a reason. One you'll understand when you play it. The easiest way to describe is to ask you this question. Would you rather have your next attack be quick/relatively quick or have a longer delay?

When you do a mid-transformation attack there is always a delay before for the attack occurs leaving you vulnerable for a longer period time. It's very risky, and having less delay in attacks landing is preferred. Of course, if you are really good at reading the enemy and have good timing in general you can utilize it more freely. I feel for most players transformation attacks won't be used much. PvP is where I think it will find it's most use, as to mix up timing/attacks and predictability in duels. Mixing up the timing and different type of attacks aren't really necessary in PvE.

Of course, the player could also just not be aware of it haha :P

Isn't this supposed to be a CONTROLLED spoiler thread? Quoting a spoiler and basically saying what you saw that got spoiled in a wink-wink fashion is still spoiling.
