I think Bloodborne sales will surprise most of us. It's already pulling in people who weren't previously interested, and that effect will only grow once reviews, word of mouth and video and stream coverage is out.

I think the opposite is true for most people. If I weren't buying it already, I certainly would be now. Almost everything I've seen has been better than I expected, with the exception of some (thankfully minor) technical issues.
And this is why I asked the question. Why are pre-release streams allowed on GAF? I'm not demanding that they should be banned, I just want to understand the reasoning. Are there more people sold into buying the game than there are people like theSlacker who end up not buying it? Slacker, were you planning on buying it before you watched the stream?
Do you take more damage in mid-dash/dodge??

Great! I tried so hard to stay out of pre-release streams, but after beating DeS and DkS, and watching someone play part of DkS2 (before deciding to beat it myself once Scholar of the First Sin releases), I just can't stop myself any more.

This news about PvP and the Chalice Dungeons warms my heart. I would've been satisfied if only the single player experience continued to be as great as the first area, but this news mean I'll be enjoying this game for a loooong time.

Gonna be honest here. As someone who hated the idea of the Chalice Dungeons and dislikes procedurally generated things I still don't like the thought of how much content is tied up in it. I wish the world was just a bit bigger with the extra bosses and items placed in it instead of some randomly generated area. I'm trying real hard to not take it as a negative especially since everything at all negative someone says is blow way out of proportion, but it is the only thing that has worried me about my own personal enjoyment of the game.
Just two more days till us mortals can play the game and I disappear from these forums.

I was watching the hitbox stream (which is great quality btw) and someone said once the preload is done you can just disable the Internet connection on the PS4 and change date/time to play the game early. Any truth to that?
