Canelo has never been knocked down, let alone knocked out. I doubt a welterweight moving up to super middleweight will be the one to do it.
only thing i can see is a body shot putting canelo down. bud is good at body shots, he might be able to do body work and then go on the top. that is how you break guys down.

it is but that is his head, usually the body can get to anybody. even ggg who had an iron chin got hurt to the body by dervchenko.
I don't disagree, but we have yet to see Crawford's power at 160, let alone at 168. Although it was a different fighter, Crawford couldn't seriously hurt Madrimov in his last fight at 154, so I highly doubt he can seriously hurt Canelo at 168.

The only time I have seen Canelo seriously hurt was in his early fights versus Miguel Cotto's brother, Jose Cotto, and that was a long time ago.

However, I would love to be proven wrong, because Terrance Crawford is the better fighter.

Once Mbilli gets him to the ropes he needs to take a half step back, stand up straight, and start throwing for damage. His opponent's evasion options will be limited, fighting him the same way you are in the center ring is not taking advantage of that.

Every time Lester pushes Mbilli back he is extremely vulnerable to a right straight. Fireworks this entire fight and round 8 was no exception. Great fight.

Crawford is special man. I agree that Canelo is great and as tough as a 3 day old baguette, but Bud is special. I still am taking Canelo, but Bud has what it takes.

I had Mbilli by 1 round or a draw. It felt like the right decision. There was so much action that it was hard to score. I wish they went back to uneven rounds for championship bouts just to try to avoid even scores.

Of course, Bud has what it takes, hence me picking him by decision.
If Canelo didn't have the machine behind him, I would feel more comfortable picking bud. I'm not saying that something like that is going to go down, but I also watched Canelo GGG 1. It helps having home field advantage, and Canelo is the face of boxing.

Edit: sorry for all the typos, I'm using hand tracking to type in my headset
