I browsed the forums a bit and didn't see this posted yet.

Full report at link: http://www.gamersmark.com/news/2005/09/1/6850

"D3 Publisher of America (D3PA) has announced their first game for the PSP, PQ: Practical Intelligence Quotient, a 3D puzzle game that test the problem solving skills of its players. PQ uses the PSP system's Infrastructure Mode and allows players to post their PQ score on the worldwide ranking site to see how they rank against other players around the world.

PQ: Practical Intelligence Quotient is scheduled for a release in January 2006. Developed by Nowproduction of Osaka, Japan for D3PA, the game uses a measuring system that was created under the guidance of Professor Masuo Koyasu of Kyoto University in Japan that measures players 'Practical Intelligence Quotient' or PQ. ."

mh doubt it Brain Training is Nintendo why would it be released on psp...
Not those ones, a new one it seems, from the same professor.

Arent they going to release it in Japan? I heard about SEGA one, but not from these one.

I was thinking this is the SEGA one but maybe they decided not to publish it in the U.S.... I'm not too sure about this since I don't really care for them.

That's stupid as hell. The PSP fanbase just isn't there and how the hell would it work besides multiple choice? The interface was the whole point to the DS Brain games.

Use punctuations please otheriwse your entire thought comes out jumble with no type of flow at all it makes no sense and you really sound like you are a fool just like this that I am saying right now understand ok thanks for listening

Seriously though, this is probably not brain training but rather just another game from its creator. Similar to Q Entertainment making Lumines for PSP and Meteos for DS. ^_^

hmmm
this may not work well in the US

even if this was for the PSP in Japan, Nintendo just sold a whole lot on the DS, I would think it sells better where that kind of market is already tapped... I want to keep in eye out for the Sega one and see how it does.

As a nintendo fan:

Professor Masuo Koyasu is a dirty little manwhore

YES EVERYONE WHO HAS WORKD ON A NINTENDO GAME HAS TAKEN A BLOOD OATH TO ONLY SUPPORT NINTENDO. SEMPER FI!

Masuo Koyasu wasn't involved with the DS titles. That was Ryuta Kawashima, who is also a professor and Japanese, but get this, is an entirely different person.

First thing I thought of while reading this was Intelligent Qube, how fun, though I expect this to be drastically different. :P Sounds better than that crap Japan is getting though, mulitple choice Brain Training? Meh.
