Its of course a work in progress, but I hope we can get a good thread going on here!

Cereal

The most simple and quite effective way to enjoy a hearty breakfast...or not so hearty.
There are tons of cereal to have in the morning (or whenever).
Each cereal has a link to the Nutritional Facts
  1. Raisin Bran
  2. Lucky Charms
  3. Honey Nut Cheerios
  4. Oatmeal Crisp: Cruncy Almonds
  5. Rice Krispies
  6. Special K
  7. Fruit Loops
Of course there are no name versions of each.
Another easy thing to make is Oatmeal/Hot Cereal.
Extremly healthy and very good for you, unfortunately you can get rather hungry quite quickly after eating.

Eggs
The good thing about eggs is how delicious and easy they are to make.
You have your obvious Fried Eggs, Omelets and Scrambled Eggs, but there are many way to make eggs, and they are perfect with just about any kind of meat.

Meat
This of course is very optional. Depending on your eating ways, you may or may not decide to eat meat with your Breakfast, but if you do you have many choices.
  1. Bacon
  2. Sausage
  3. Ham
  4. Bologna
  5. Breakfast Steaklets
  6. or any leftover meat you have laying around from a previous lunch/dinner
Meat typically goes great with Eggs, Toast and baked goods. You may want to stray from mixing Meat with cereal though.

Fruit
Fruit, an absolute delight. Fruit goes and will go with anything. Want fruit on your cereal, go ahead. How about on some waffles, of course! On your bacon? Why the hell not?
Not only is having fruit for breakfast extremely healthy, but its also good for the mind. Try having and orange, an apple or a banana before you head off to work/school/whatever the hell it is you do, your day may just get brighter. Also try mixing in fruits with your Pancake batter, makes the pancakes extraordinarly good!

Other Options
You of course have many other options for breakfast, in fact you could even eat pizza, but we shall stay away from that for now. My personal favourite breakfast food is Waffles. You can have anything ranging from Waffles to Muffins to Yogurt. The list is endless.

Don't forget You can have breakfast whenever you want, don't let anyone tell you differently. Breakfast can be outstanding in the evening. Don't miss out on the number 1 meal of the day! Share your breakfast ideas! Don't be shy!

My breakfast today was milk, protein powder (chocolate), 2 pieces of ww bread and crunchy peanut butter. Good stuff.

Will QA for food.
I tend to steer clear of cereal, as much as I love it. Most don't really fill be up and the absurd amount of sugar in a lot of it makes me crash later. Usually I'll alternate between home made carrot muffins with a cup of milk and eggs with ham / bacon and rice. A banana every morning as well and a cup of coffee.

Sometimes mung beans with rice and spam makes for a great breakfast, although I don't have it too often. Eggs, while generally though of a breakfast meal, make a great dinner, or lunch time snack in a sandwich too.

3 basted eggs, grilled mixed veggies, and a nice hunk of grilled ham for the win. Keeps me full for longer than the hour or two most other breakfast does. Sometimes, a protein shake instead of ham.

My weekday breakfast along with a delicious cup of coffee:

1 serving Fiber One Original cereal
1 serving Fage Greek yogurt
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/8 cup walnuts or almonds

All mixed together. It's about 20 grams of protein, 17 grams of fiber, 10 fat grams, 300 calories, and a multivitamin!

On weekends I always make bacon and eggs.

I skip breakfast most days, but I have a lot of non traditional breakfast foods--soup. rice and kimchi. meat and veggies.

I love a good fry up.

Usually protein powder with random fruits and almond milk and kale. When I have time scrambled eggs with bacon/onions/peppers/cheese. Eggs are always good in some way.

Time to get down and dirty. I rarely eat breakfast, but once in a while I get some American diner dish. Biscuits and sausage gravy, hash browns, scrambled eggs. Throw some hot sauce on the hashbrowns and eggs.

I just love a nice Black cup of Coffee. Either with a PJ sandwich or Breakfast burrito. Not the fanciest breakfast but I'm a single college student.

When I have class, greek yogurt with granola and English Breakfast tea. When I don't or on the weekends, eggs and toast or waffles with a glass of milk. I made silog for dinner tonight though.

Ordinary oat meal, milk and some jam on top of that.
If I have done my workout good & well, I occasionally get a sausage&egg on McDees to get the extra protein.

Usually the only thing I have for breakfast is coffee. I don't know why either, because when I do take the tame to actually make a simple breakfast like bacon and eggs, I feel great the rest of the day. If only I wasn't so damn lazy.

Another one is the classic fried egg sandwich. It's so simple, yet so delicious. fried egg, salt, pepper, mayo, on toasted bread. This was my go to breakfast in school.

I have to get up at 5am every morning and only really get half an hour tops. It ends up being cold cereal (usually Life) or a bagel. or both if I'm feeling risky.

I made a badass omelet with cheese with a side of beans yesterday. Soooo good.

I've been waking up early this whole week and have been able to enjoy a nice breakfast. Makes me feel so much better through out the day and I've been eating less than I usually do.
