Can't improve perfection:
absolutely.
Can't improve perfection:
I remember how they made a huge marketing campaign over "new fries" in '98... and they sucked so bad they quietly went back to their old fries a month later.
Hope this time is better.
But they still can't beat Harvey's or Lick's. (In Canada, anyway.)
It was alright though. I got the Chef's Choice burger, and it MORE than made up for the experience.Indeed. They are dull.
BK fries are so shitty! Hopefully these new fires spread to my campus ASAP!
In-N-Out fries are terrible.
Ya gotta order off the secret menu, yo.

Awesome! I fuxking hate salt drenched fries. Matter of fact, i hate salt!
some like to call 'em ookie fries.a special coating? huh?
all for little over 12 bucks on wednesdays
fkn amazing.
as for burgers, Harvey's is King
Haha, american fries... It's either Bram Ladage or nothing.
Haven't been to a BK in eons.
McDonalds does have the best tasting fries IMO, but you don't want to know why.
Best fries period are Jack in the Box Curly Fries

Nooooooooooooooooooooo! BK had my favorite fries! Life isn't worth living anymore if they destroy them.

lol. I really, really am. They were always crunchy and so salty I felt like I was going to have a heart attack just eating them. I love 'em.
I really liked BK fries. The only thing they could've done that would make me happier was seasoned fries and they have failed. I guess there's still j in the b.
Haven't you ever noticed that Mickey D's/BK's fries have a plasticish coating on them? Not to mention the seemingly painted on grillmarks on the burgers.a special coating? huh?

How do you make it thicker and crisper?
McDonalds have it nailed, I live how they feel they can't just copy them and actually went the opposite way with thicker. Good effort BK.
I know a lot of idiots in the UK who somehow prefer BK fries over McDs - imbeciles!
Now one company that badly needs to update its fries is KFC - what the fuck colonel sanders get with the game man!!!

Has anyone actually tried them yet? When do they start rolling out?
They serve fries in the UK? We have potato wedges in the US, which ultimately are superior to all other fries except Checker's and Miami Subs.
We've had them down here in Florida for a couple months now. But Burger King is a Florida thing, so maybe we just get them first. I love the new fries compared to the old ones. Definitely a lot thicker, almost like steak fries.
Lower salt in food is the next wave that is sweeping America. Even though to my knowledge, studies on the effects of sodium in the diet are inconclusive at best.
So goddamn good. I love that they sell them in the frozen section now! McDonald's old fries were on par.
What is in the coating exactly?
"New coating". More grease?
That's what she saidMaking them thicker certainly makes them easier to eat
Popeyes has good everything! Too bad you have to wait like 20 minutes, and all the cashiers have attitude.Popeye's have themselves some damn good fries too.
