Yep, I called the bastards yesterday and it was $49.99 (San Diego area). So, I go out and buy it at Best Buy for the full $49.99 on my way home from work. Today, I read here again that it's $34.99. I check my local paper and sure enough, there it is.

The good part is I took the ad in to Best Buy today and they gave me back the difference plus an additional 10% of that difference. Net result? $33.49 for Burnout 3 for Xbox. Yeah, baby!
