Heh, yeah people here are getting too hostile over this poll. Most kids pay zero attention to politics. They basically can recite to you who the president and vice president is and that's about it. Unless the parents actually talk politics with their kids (which is pretty rare these days), the kids are just going to vote for who's familiar, which is usually the sitting president.
As for the popular vote, it'll be funny what argument the Bush campaign will take if they win the popular vote but not the electoral college. If they argue for popular vote, they'll basically be legitimizing Bush's last 4 years in office. It'll probably be easier for the Democrats to flip-flop because they didn't benefit from the electoral college in 2000.
