I mean both Google and soul4ger were awesome seller/traders before RL issues got in the way, most recently. Seriously, it's one thing for their rep to be tainted, but it's a wholly 'nother for them to be damned evermore as bad traders... don't think that's fair, seems too severe.

It's not very hard to log on for 5 minutes and include a reason as to why the items in question haven't been shipped. Bad communication = Negative Feedback. By the way, you go the Gold treatment as I always see you with many positive feedback responses.

i agree that communication is a hallmark of buy/sell/trading - when something cannot ship at a promised time, I always find that letting the peep on the receiving end KNOW goes a looong way. Same goes for making a payment. But even still, I think there should be levels to the 'bad trader' section of the list. That Google and soul4ger are listed among red shoe paul, who is apparently a scammer(?) seems harsh to me, because from my experience neither of them are scammers...

I always hit ESC key so it would stop the page from loading the images. I would prefer people to link their images in their post rather than post the actual image, so that people do not suffer and people who are interested in the item would click on the images to view.

In regards to soul4ger and Google, neither one of them were immediately put on the negative feedback list. Both of them were first placed on the neutral feedback list and eventually moved over to the negative feedback list when either more information was publicly posted in regards to whatever situation they're in, or when someone PM'd me more details of it. For the record, I agree with you. Speaking for everyone maintaining the list, we don't want to condemn someone immediately if something doesn't go exactly as planned. When they were put on the neutral feedback list I posted what the issue was and for at least one of them, posted that they'd be moved back to positive if they sorted out their issues with other traders satisfactorily. Neither one of them really did.
