Anyway, the monitor is in good condition. No dead pixels from my understanding. Works great. Comes with power cable, and connection cable (HDMI to DVI). Only thing is that there might be some very fine scratches on the front panel of the monitor, but pretty typical when it comes to glossy plastic.
$170, but willing to negotiate price if necessary

I really do not want to say anything but if I do not and other people do not talk about the bad as well as the good then the feedback list would be bullshit.
Started a transaction on 7/19, sent paypal and received a pm that it had shipped on 7/20.
On the 29th I emailed them just to touch base.
On the 30th got a reply said that they mailed it, and to let them know and if they had not arrived by a few days later they would refund the money until they arrived.
On the 31st I said that it is all good, shit happens and I am sure they will turn up.
On 8/3 I got a message that they had received the items back, the box was damaged and that they will send them back out. In the meantime they will ship again and refund my paypal and then when I get the items I can only pay half of the original price
Again shit happens, It is all good.
On 8/5 I message them back and say that I will gladly pay the whole amount, it is all good and again shit happens.
And that was the end of the back and forth.
I messaged them yesterday just to touch base and ask if the stuff is coming or should I just pick up the items on sale elsewhere or something.
Again I don't min really I just want to know if I should stop waiting you know?
Now , like I said it is not black and white to me.
Yes things got drawn out, but I was refunded.
So that is one hand.
On the other hand, I was told that they were shipped out again and have been waiting but am not out anything really but time.

These things are near silent even when the fan is set to 100% and in a case with decent airflow they do an incredibly good job of keeping the card cool. I will include the stock cooler on request. Keep in mind that the thermal pads are probably lost by now and I can't guarantee all the screws will be included (trust me though, the stock fan is loud as hell).
Card #1 has a few scratches on the back of the board. I ended up having to removed a stripped screw with a drill bit. Does not effect that card one bit, though I do feel compelled to mention it.

This may be just me, but since it's already open, you may as well turn it on and make sure it's working right. Kind of risky for a buyer to chance it with no receipt and untested. Also, can't you just print the receipt online or did you find it in stock at a retail outlet?

Yes, as long as you don't send the $ as a "Gift". Most people despise PayPal because of theirs fees, but a portion of the fees exists to fund their seller protection offerings.

Especially if they message you saying "hey, did you have a chance to get that out?"
Again, that is why I did not mention names , I just think feedback is fake and posturing if people are not honest with good and iffy experiences.
