I'm only saying this to try to be helpful, but most consoles and handheld systems are offered for less here than on eBay because we have savvier buyers and because if you're selling on eBay you're losing a decent chunk of profit to eBay and PayPal. I think a refurb mint 3DS on Nintendo's site goes for $105 or so, so you might have better luck offering a price point more commensurate with that. Just a thought, no offense intended.

My understanding as someone who has bought a 3DS with pre-installed games is that you want to make sure, presuming you mean these are games you purchased yourself, that you've deleted any stored credit card info and not deleted the NNID or games themselves. You're essentially selling your NNID and you'd want to make sure the buyer doesn't plan to log in with their own NNID because I think they might lose their purchases on the system if they do so...but that and the possibility of the buyer being able to purchase future 3DS games digitally on that system gets into murkier territory I'm not familiar with because when I bought my 3DS I decided not to buy anything in the eShop just in case I'd lose what I have.

TL;DR I'm not sure how helpful any of that was, sorry. I'm glad to have been able to get a 3DS with a ton of games on it, but I haven't ventured into the 3DS eShop on this handheld because I don't want to lose my current digital games.

For sale Super Mario Bros Game and Watch

I need to move this to recoup a bit of money in my budget from a trip I took a few months ago, otherwise I'd keep it. There's some scuffing here and there on the box but the unit itself and the manual are both mint.

Price has been lowered from previous listings to $165 shipped, as low as I will go. I think this is pretty fair as mint units of this game with box/manual go for $200 easy on ebay. Any units you see for less than that are usually loose, don't have the manual or have boxes in much worse shape. US buyers preferred, international wilI require a bit more for shipping.

In my opinion this is the best Game and Watch title due to the fact that it features much more complex gameplay than most typical G&W titles with scrolling platform action, different worlds and it even has warp zones.Just look at this beauty and try telling yourself you don't want it:
