You always need both systems for the system transfer. And both need to be connected to the internet with the latest firmware installed.

Would also consider a straight up trade for both for a Vita memory card (Thinking 16GB would be fair. Unless someone is crazy and would trade a 32. ;) ) or for some PSN / eShop $.

Just note that I'm only able to get to the post office once a week, usually Thursdays, to make any shipments.

All, if an item is overpriced, then let it be. I understand the difficulty behind that mentality, but it's a free market here. Please don't critique, accuse, or condemn.
