What's the difference between the ordinary and filmic SMAA types?
Filmic is blurier and has less temporal aliasing. It has a cgi look. Like TXAA.

Then you're not really stable then are you?
I have no real insight, but does he have the newest drivers? If he does maybe go back to an older one?
Verify the files.
AMDMatt over at Guru3d said there's crossfire profiles + more for the next driver update! Hooray!
Downloaded the new drivers and it made no difference with my SLI performance...I rolled them back and reinstalled 344.60. Still no cigar..still getting single GPU performance.
I checked my GPU load readings in Nvidia Inspector and it showed my second GPU is pretty much not being used while my other GPU is under 99% load.
Anyone else having these issues?
Did you try uninstalling your drivers with DDU and then reinstalling the most recent drivers?
I'm fiending to play but just can't take the stuttering and poor performance. I'm patiently waiting....
No, but I have no idea how you're supposed to hit airborne targets without a mouse and keyboard. It feels like it was made for PC.
It doesnt support Family SharingDunno if this is the right place to ask but
my "brother", with whom I am sharing game library (Steam Family Sharing), has bought this game yesterday. 24h passed, he played the game a little but I still don't see CoD:AW in his library and I can't download or play it. Why is that?
If it is really good (although competitive is hopeless I bet) I MIGHT get it, but I will never ever buy another CoD before testing it first
Note the position, angle and distance between the ammo and grenade counters.
Hmmm seems pulling down and across to the right slightly.
Yikes that's quite a difference.
Which due to a smaller horizontal resolution it ends up getting squished together.
Shadow of Mordor must be a real hard nut to crack.
So how's the mouse aim ? Ghosts fecked it somehow.
im getting horrible stutteringany fix for that? r9 270x, running at 720p,
Just downloaded a 35mb patch, but it has no mention in the Steam page. Anyone know what they changed?
Must be a metric ton of aim assist then. I wonder how I would do with a gamepad online.I'm playing on pc with a controller and it's surprisingly easy to hit airborne targets with assault rifles and aim assist.
It feels kinda weird.
It feels kinda weird.
When you alt+tab out and then go back in the game freaks out. It starts double rendering or something. There's a ghosting of other parts of the map on the screen. Only way I can get rid is by restarting the game =/
I am wondering the same thing. Can't find any information about the patch. Did it improve sli peformance?
Yep SLI, will try without it.You using SLI?
I am and I get the same. Didn't happen when I was running it on one GPU.
Better sli scaling needs flag 14 but it breaks motion blur. You can force #14 and disable motion blur.
Hi guys,
Need some help here. Just installed the game, and it's running like a complete slog. R9 270x, 4 GB ram here. Goes upto 100 fps and down to 30-20-10 even for seconds and back up again. Massive stuttering throughout. Is my 4 GB ram to blame? It DID tell me I was low on memory when I booted up the game.
Also, whenever I change the graphic settings, it closes and reboots from the first cutscene which takes ages to load fully.
Any help would be appreciated here.
Your not alone, It still does it for me, and I'v been doing some digging on the Nvidia 344.60 release drivers on the nvdiia forums and nothing but nightmares for most.
There saying that all Nvidia did was add a Sli profile for COD that people already had a work around for, no performance increase or anything. And to top it off it's made some fo the stuttering people are experiencing worse.
So your not alone, the freezing during changing your settings and rebooting the game back up happening to me too.
Setup:MSI OC 770 GTX.
Even after Nvidia drivers I'm getting turd performance sometimes. Stutter central. I'm not even supersampling. There seems to be no pattern to it - sometimes the stuttering stops, sometimes it stays with me the whole level. High framerate followed by second-long hangs is terribad.
borderless window, sync every frame
So the cutscenes still lose audio sync after each new mission for me... is everybody else still getting this? Reloading a mission from the main menu always fixes this but it is damned annoying.
