Was a bit frustrating last night, just seemed to be getting games where I would get hit markers galore and end up dead, even landing 2 bursts from the burst rifle (not sure what name it is) wasn't giving me kills.

My PS4 is in the DMZ, and my NAT is open yet some games just feel like I'm shooting rubber bullets. Always seem to have a ping of 16-33ms and 0% packet loss, although a few times when I got killed I would hit the 'option' button and it would show my ping recovering from a spike.

Aside from right as the game unlocked I haven't had any lag issues at all, I don't think. Just some funky lobby matchmaking things here and there but those haven't happened in a while. I'd argue this has been, for me at least, the most stable CoD launch for the past several games.

So what exactly carries over when you prestige?

I'm not really close to being able to do it yet (I'm level 31 right now), but I'm going through a weapon prestige on my Gorgon and I don't want to do it all over again if possible. I'd love to be able to keep my clan tag/kill counter or whatever. Plus the Camos.

Do specialist clothes/skins carry over?

If you're talking about the actual prestige of your character:

You'll keep all Specialist clothing/skins.

You keep all camo.

Whatever levels your weapons are and the attachments you've unlock, you will keep those as well.

If you're talking about weapon prestige, you lose all attachments when you do so. So it's either never prestige your weapon so you always have access to those attachments, or prestige your weapon twice to get the clan tag/kill counter and then level up to get your attachments back.

Can anyone play online on ps4? My game is stuck on checking files.. And then gives me an error screen with gibberish numbers.

Campaign solo is pretty rough. A lot of "everything and the kitchen sink" setups requiring you to light-gun game it from cover. The game does scale up the amount of enemies when friends join in, but these same sections are still more manageable, allowing you to slowly move through the choke points.

Play it with friends. Like Lost Planet 2, the BLOPS3 campaign seems to be designed around the expectation that you will have at least one other person along for the ride.

Was anyone else getting bad lag last night? It has been fine until last night. Might reset my router but I doubt it's on my end... Also I can't believe they are already nerfing guns, my favorite smg got one and it was fine. At least they didn't touch the vesper, that gun is fun. Still can't find an assault rifle I like but I'm only in the high 20s

My biggest gripes about the game is I don't see all my friends that are playing BO3 in the social area. It forces me to scroll through my long list of PSN friendlist to see whos playing, send a message, Wait for reply, then join game through PSN. It also doesn't help that XMB seems to slow to a crawl while playing BO3 for whatever reason.

The other issue I run into constantly is lobbies that dont repopulate. So what happens is I join a game (most of the time already in progress), game ends, people leave, and the spots never get filled again. So I basically leave the lobby and join a new game (most of time already in progress AGAIN) and the same exact thing happens.

Apart from these things I'm completely loving this game. Definitely seeing myself hitting Master in the future. I almost have Diamond SMG. Might go for Dark Matter once I know for sure what the requirements are. Glad I picked up the season pass. Excited to see what Treyarch does for DLC.

Finally, a game that pulls me off of Destiny! Dont tell DGAF :p

So I was on holiday and ordered this from Game due to them being the only place that had the Nuketown map in the UK. Of course the game never actually came after waiting for over a week so I contacted their customer services and they have said they would refund the money.

So, where is the cheapest place to pick up the game in the UK at the moment? Asda? Tesco?

The Vesper fits the perfect role of just throwing on Stealth perks and a silencer and running around like a ninja.
If it ever gets nerfed im going back to my Weevil tho

Ah, so for example my Gorgon was fully leveled up and prestiged the weapon. Currently on level 8 my second time around.

When I prestige my actual account/character/whatever, I keep that Level 8 Gorgon + Attachments I've unlocked?

And for my Specialist, any armors/colors/skins I have unlocked are carried over.

Interesting. If the weapon levels carry over, what is the point of a permanent unlock token?

While I'm having so much fun with the argus I should using it on every map, sometimes I go 0.50 or 2.0 KDR depending of the map.

The problem is, I can't stop using it. lol

Is weird, at first I didn't have a problem with them and now I get killed sometimes as I spawn (and I killed a few enemies this way too). I think is just people reading better and better the flow of the game.

Yes, when you prestige your character, you'll still have that level 8 Gorgon + any attachments. The weapon will be locked though until you reach the level to unlock it but once you do, it'll have everything you had.

..which brings me to permanent unlock tokens. If you want to use the Gorgon right away after you prestige, you can use that token. Depending on the level you unlock the Gorgon, maybe you're better off just leveling up until you do so and use that token on something else.

Permanent tokens should be used for a weapon you love, or a perk (like Ghost) that's so far away from unlocking...but it's totally up to you. You can also use it on Specialists.

Specialists do keep all armor/skins when you prestige.

For me, I used 1 token on the Sheiva cause at that time, I was working on Gold camo. It's also crazy good, so why not lol. I used another token on the Argus cause that's just a flat out fun weapon to run around with.

Honestly, that's why I'm gravitating towards Dom more and more. I was struggling with it at first because I was kinda playing the maps like they were TDM/KC spawns. After finally getting used to it, I'm playing much better and enjoying it way more than the crazy spawn running around like a chicken with no head mode.

Playing TDM, I'm assuming?

I always stick with Domination. It's more predicable/controlled. The more you play, the more you'll learn spawn locations, the easier it will be for you.

If you are just playing TDM, don't let one game mode spoil your fun!

So I plan on playing this for the first time today in a while since Fallout 4 launched. What assault rifle are you guys using? I still haven't really found a good one for me. I was using the HVK or whatever it's called but it takes forever to kill someone with it.

Cool. I accepted your request. I had to run out for a bit but I'll be back on this afternoon and I should be playing tonight as well. I am from Ohio but I live in the state up north.

It's really funny, the game basically reads my mind. Every time I decide that a match will be my last, the game crashes right after it. Pretty weird.

...wtf, how bad was the haymaker nerfed? I only tried it post patch and it took 3 headshots point blank to down.
