It's the only way to play. Got so sick of shooting people 5 times in the back of the head just to have them spin around and one shot me in the foot with a pistol. It's great for grinding calling card challenges too.

Congrats - have played probably close to approaching a thousand games and still haven't see another person with the card in any of my lobbies. I know a few people in this thread have it though
I've seen like 2-3 others with it. It feels good to have it.

You can play the campaign offline but there's two different saves for online and offline. I'm guessing it's to prevent save duping or so one save is for online co-op campaign only. Which is kind of dumb.. What's the worst is how your zombies data is mostly stored online(nearly none of it is on your ps4), which makes literally no sense.

you know, i've gotten the scoreboard poppin up without doing anything, like when your pressing the middle touchpad. So yea maybe they've done some overly sensitive tuning to the controller idk.

I just started getting this error today. The message of the day will pop up but then I'll lose connection. It's nothing on my end, nothing has changed and I can play every other multiplayer game I have fine.

I think it's a Black Ops 3 problem. The other day, my character spun in a circle real fast as I was trying to cap a flag. I play on max sensitivity, so I guess it's like my right stick was held in the left direction for about half a second.
Been working on my Hero Armor challenges the last few days, down to just Ruin, Outrider, and Prophet left (started at Firebreak, working my way left). I think Reaper looks the coolest with gold armor so far.

Happened to me in Advance Warfare all the time and happens to me here as well. Its the game's problem I think cause of connection, either PSN or controller with the PS4 connection. Funny cause I don't remember this happening to me at all during every CoD during the PS3 days.
Wonder why this happens? Introduction of the touchpad/light bar maybe? Idk but it is really annoying when it happens.

This is horrible man. This controller issue happens at least once every day for the past 5 days
Bloodthirsties/Chameleon Camo challenge seems to be broken on the P-06 (charge sniper). Mine is stuck at 1, even though I've gotten 4 more since I last checked. I'm using the Varix sight, and those bloodthirsties are adding up, so I know that I should be earning them for the P-06 as well.

I did that just last night. Make sure ALL your kills come from the PN-06. Some asshole just ran into my Hive pods right before i shot them and lost it.

Varix sight glitches the camo challenges. You need all 5 kills to come from the same zoom on the varix. If you change zooms, it glitches out the camo challenge.

I went 28-0 today without using killstreaks, and was going to post my vid but i see people have already gotten almost a 100 kills in a freaking Kill Confirmed game lol.
Apparently special ability kills count towards Brutal and Nuclear medals because i got like 6 Hive kills in that round and still got the brutal medal.

I really wish they would just unlock all the challenges for the camo and specialist armor at once instead of having to go through steps.
I ended up getting a double kill with the glitch and of course it didn't count because I didn't have that challenge unlocked. I guarantee when I have the glitch double kill challenge unlocked it will take me weeks to get a double kill with it.

Yeah, same. Stupid that it needs to be unlocked before anything counts, no? I gather, that's a way to artificially lengthen the unlock time.
I gather, it's due to how one side has an advantage to the other? Either that or how the colors meld with the characters making it harder to differentiate?
You using Scufs? Might be it? I think it happens to my Scufs when it's low on battery. I notice it messing in the menus too. Like, it has a second or two of lag before doing anything and then it does everything at the same time.

Normal Call of Duty connection shit. Happens to me all the time. Just reconnect and you're good to go.

I literally get super stuttering whenever I pick up guns (random when it happens) and is just super annoying. I normally just die or commit suicide to make it "normal" again.
Black Ops 3 core game is fun, but technically, it might be the worst when it comes to bugs, issues, etc. I haven't played Ghosts, but I don't remember any other CoD having these issues.
I've also experienced this little issue a lot wherein I sometimes feel like my connection is better than the enemy (not lag) in the sense that I "see" them first and start shooting before they see me. I had it happen the other way around a few times, and I just see the enemy and start shooting, but in the killcam, I see myself "already there" but still running and getting shot at. What the hell? Anyone else? Or just me? It works both ways, but shouldn't be an issue at all.
Yeah, I've gotten it the other way around a lot. Trying to use the Gorgon and all my shots appear to be on point, but I'm not getting any hitmarkers. Then in the kill-cam, it shows that my aim seems to be a fraction of a second off, shooting where the enemy was rather than where they are in the present.
Frustrating, and, what's worse, giving me Ghosts flashbacks.
I've also had that stuttering "earthquake" issue, though I don't recall it ever happening because I picked up a gun. Just kind of a random now-and-then thing.
I can get that stutter consistently when I pick up and run with the ball in uplink. Its like an earthquake is only effecting you, it stops when I stop running though.

Damn! I get that a lot! Literally firing and seeing the enemy kind of going to the side but my bullets won't "catch" him. Fucking annoying. Same reason why I go 30-8 one round, and then 20-15 another. Absolutely due to the shit connection. I'm playing now and experiencing it and it's super bad. Want to run a suppressed weapon? Tough shit! Dump 8-10 bullets to someone before they die since half your shots won't register.
When I get good connections, I know it. I can drop people in the "normal" time to kill range and am super surprised. Like, I can kill people with one burst of XR-2? Yeah, good connection. Otherwise, they need three bursts.
I reiterate, when it comes to connection, Black Ops 3 might be the worst Call of Duty I've played. Lag compensation, hybrid servers BS.
What's everyone's MS when playing? You can turn it on in the options menu. I fucking fluctuate between 80-100. Best case I get around 30-60. Worse? 200+! Literally bullshit hit detection. Shit is annoying since Activision is super cheap and can't be damned to get full dedicated servers for Call of Duty. Know why people hate CoD? Yeah, that's one of it. It's like they know they can get away with shit, so they do.
I think as the population drops off the connection is getting worse, which makes sense. I've been seeing more instances where I'm either on or completely off, losing the majority of my 50/50 gun fights (and even ones where I have the advantage) to guys with 0.8 k/ds in TDM. Just shouldn't happen.

OK thank you, I was so sure my DS4 was busted and I was really pissed off that I had to buy a new controller. Im not dropping $70 for a new Dualshock, especially when I have to pay for PS+ next month.
Stuttery earthquake movement, horrible controller exorcist nonsense, lag spikes in EVERY game (jumping all over the place from 20 ping to 140 to 400!!), which contribute to gunfights that feel very off.
I may just be losing these gunfights because I suck, but it very much feels like something -- the networking, the lag, or the horrible flinch-- is off somehow.
Also, the flinch is just terrible. I really am disliking that COD games have to have this to this degree. Can't they trust the playerbase to deal with recoil on guns?
The game will always feel off to me if they can't address flinch better.
I was curious how flinch was in older games and found it was in MW3 and it's pronounced there as well. At this point, it's a fundamental pillar of COD games and I don't see them getting rid of it because it is a quirk to give less skilled players a chance which is ultimately a good thing for the devs and publisher.
I'm not bothered by it because I never viewed COD as a pure skill game. There's a lot of skill involved but with killstreaks, flinch and so many other variables involved, it's tough to see it as a purely skill based game like Counter-Strike..

Flinch in past CoDs were kinda similar but they had the Toughness perk to even it out. Not so in Black Ops 3. No idea what Treyarch was smoking.
LOL! Sad but true. I mostly aim near the torso given how stupid the flinch is. Good thing about it is the lucky headshots. I get a ton of those and I know I piss people off.
Played a match where the players were abusing the Dead Silence+Awareness combo. Watched my kill cam and yep, camping and just waiting for people to come rushing in. It can't be this bad in previous CoDs, right? Shit is game-breaking. So if you have a good headset, just use it and abuse it.
Honestly, I miss old CoDs. Black Ops 3 is fun but it feels like Treyarch never listens to its players or just doesn't give a shit. Oh, you want something fixed? No, sir! But we'll roll out three hotfixes in a week to fix Prestige exploits since that's more important. Sigh.
