I honestly didn't even die from that. I had gotten down and revived due to the perk and I got caught out during my run. I completely forgot to use the gumball that would have saved my life (teleport to random location.)

Good to know you can only buy revive 3 times before it goes bye bye. Which I find stupid.

Yeah, going down in the late rounds really does you in. You can't sustain any damage without juggernog. You can't clear out zombies without double-tap (unless you have some nice wonder weapons), and without either of those abilities, or at least some monkeys, it's near impossible to survive mid-round long enough to get Quick Revive.

Is there any indication of how the new maps will work with playlists? Will they just be in the regular rotation, or will they have a unique playlist? Will it be possible to play TDM only on new maps only?

XR-2 and Rapid Fire getting some love? I'm using both in my Burst/Range class. I wonder how noticeable the improvements are. I'm also pleased to see the Cerberus get a buff too.

Yup. A few of us play Domination together pub stomping like there's no tomorrow. It's an annoying mode to play without some teamwork which is so difficult to find.

PC Players: Is mouse movement kind of juddery/stuttery for you in this game? I can't isolate what's happening, but using a mouse looks very choppy in this game when I move my aim around.

I'm not going over my VRAM limit, so it's not that kind of stuttering, and it's not happening in other games like Rainbow Six Siege and CS:GO, so it isn't my mouse. If I lock it to 60 FPS (I have a 144hz G-sync monitor) the game looks terrible when I move my aim around, not nearly as smooth as 60 should look, but again 60 FPS looks fine in other games.

Furthermore, if I use a controller in this game the aiming looks smooth and fine again.

Pretty stumped here. It's only when I use a mouse specifically in this game.

I had to drop my DPI to 400 (800 also works fine), and even lower my in game sensitivity a bit. .

FINALLY golded that fucking Argus... this has easily been my worst weapon experience in a multiplayer game! In the end I got my bloodthirsty medals that I needed for the gold in Nuketown which is probably my least favorite map, oh the irony! But hey, its done now, never going to touch this piece of shit gun again!

I had to drop my DPI to 400 (800 also works fine), and even lower my in game sensitivity a bit. .

Intriguing, I've had some mouse jerkyness at 3.2k DPI, perhaps I should try dropping my DPI to 400-800 and see how it pans out.

[EDIT] Gave it a go and my experience was the polar opposite, my mouse became jerky as all hell!

Jesus Treyarch, the Haymaker is the one that needed a buff. Turning that Argus into a veritable monster. I... like it?

And I guess the nearly useless rolling thunder can go get bent.

Sucks that-- according to these notes--they didn't fix the reticle issue in zombies.

Huggeeee buff to GI unit if I'm understanding it correctly. Power core needs a movement speed debuff if they want people up use it.

Holy shit, were they really dumb enough to fix gsliding, but not reset the freerun leaderboard?
 
A certain cheat forum is reporting that the UI glitch used to make unlimited lives SND lobbies in matchmaking has been patched. You should not be getting in any more of those unless a new glitch is found.

Took Treyarch long enough. Keeping glitches like this around only because they don't want to go through Sony/MS certification too often is really shitty.
 
People are exploiting this game I think, or maybe it's on purpose or accident? Twice now I've joined a match and this has happened. The title has changed to Search and Destroy and its chaos. There's wall to wall scorestreaks. Motherships and everything galore. Spawn killing like crazy. No score limit, no one is doing objectives. I dont know what is going on, but here is vid for opinions.

Exodus is back, playing it right now on PS4.
Edit: damn, I wasn't that good at g-sliding but I actually liked it when I managed to do it. First match since the patch and I'm already instinctively trying to g-slide.
 
Glad to see that the XP lobby thing has been patched now, it was getting annoying to suddenly jump into one and see chaos happening back and forth.

Ok started playing the game tonight, I have to say the lack of any sort of matchmaking is a total bummer. Trying to learn the maps when you are being matched with rank 60 players as a noob is horrendous.

I think I like it, tbh I reckon after a few hours it shouldnt be too hard, its just a case of learning the maps, knowing where the choke points are etc, only problem is I work full time and have 2 young kids so would have appreciated some better matchmaking eg the way Splatoon does matchmaking is perfect. Its weird that COD could learn something from Nintendo for online multiplayer.

It's not that Trey can't do it, it's that they won't. The COD community cried bloody murder at the very hint of "SBMM" a few weeks ago.
 
Skill-based matchmaking is a problem with the way this game handles challenges. You NEED clueless players on the enemy team to do some of these challenges, and if you are matched with very skilled players you must play with the best guns or die, meaning you have no chance at Black Matter.

Anyone else suddenly have all of the campaign-based reticles unlocked? The challenges appear to have been reduced from get 600 or so kills while aiming down sights to get 4 kills while aiming down sights. Camo challenges are still the same though.

Nope you're thinking of Combine ;)

At least with Combine you can spawn in and kill somebody within seconds if that's what you like.

With Exodus you spawn at the very back of the map, and have to run quite a distance to find any action(inside the house, nobody is ever anywhere else on the map). I think Combine even has longer lines of sight.

This is annoying, every match after patch has been really unbalanced. Like 6v2 and I constantly see many over 100lvl prestiges ,whats going on?

Someone on reddit said that SBMM might be back, but I dunno. Patch docs didn't say a thing about that.

Ah so I'm not the only one seeing this. Getting matched up with lobbies full of master prestiges as well.

Weird type of SBMM if it is that since I can check their combat record now and they have like really high K/Ds and SPM compared to my average ones.

Doubt it's SBMM though, treyarch wouldn't try that again after the last incident.. Guessing all the casual players must still be downloading the patch and just not playing for the day or something.
 
Anyone else coming across parties of prestige masters in many games? It's getting annoying. Did they turn on SBMM again? Their stats don't appear to be good, yet I'm coming across parties and prestige masters more often, it's odd.

Most prestige master in my friends stopped playing weeks ago and are now online.
