With regards to the BQ, Gilles Duceppe may be the most "prime ministerial" federal party leader. He did great in the debate last time round.

As for Quebec's feeling slighted, I'll contend that almost every region outside of Ontario feels slighted by the federal government in some way shape or form. Alberta may soon approach Quebec levels of whininess, if it hasn't already.

But that would be another PM from Quebec. The Reform Party complained against it for a long time.
