That's what I got. Just did the trade yesterday. Mine was a 1tb Elite system (I did not trade in the elite controller with it) towards an Xbox One S. I think my Edge card bump contributed to that total as well.
I got $210 for each concole (Ps4 and XB1) when I traded them in last night
It is promotion code 6243 for each of them on my receipt.
The extra $50 off the Pro was only applied once

decided to just trade in the ps4, thanks for the replies though everyone! Got 218.75 for the console (10% Level Up Bonus + 15% Onyx Edge) then the $50 promo , then traded in 2 games towards the 5 for $100 promo for $40 then 2 games for the Onyx VIP +75% trade in value. Ended up paying about $175 then bought a bunch of games with the 45% off used Ps4 Games for Onyx members.
Got AC: Syndicate, Dead Rising 2, Dark Souls 2: Scholars, Uncharted Collection, & Tales from the Borderlands for about $65 before tax.

So my work (a Walmart in Canada) seems to be getting more of these in the week AFTER Black Friday. Seems like an... odd choice, but at least there's more on the way!

FWIW Pharmaprix is advertising the PS4 Pro in their flyer. Good luck finding a store with stock, and it's regular price, but for people with a lot of points there you go. (And its 20x points day.)

Just remembered that I have Pokemon Dual Pack - Nintendo 3DS Steel Book Dual Pack Edition on Amazon. Do I really pay 20$ more just for the Steelbook?
Mine says Preparing for Shipment and I was already charged. Did you check yours?
Same with me. I went to Walmart this morning at opening (8am) and EB Games (10am) hoping to get one in case the amazon one does go on backorder. I missed the cut by a few people at each one. Walmart had 24 (6 cases) come in and EB had 30.

What kind of quality does the ps4 and controller need to be in for the trade in? My controller has its analog ripped. And does the hdd need to be formatted for the ps4? I would put the original 500 gig back in but I do not want to go through the trouble of reformatting.

I personally don't know about the controller.
You can do a quick reformat that only takes a couple of minutes (I'm doing a full one, which takes about 2 hours).

Would you be able to post a copy of your receipt? I am an Onyx member and traded in some PS4 and X1 games on Thursday night and did not receive 75% bonus credit. They told me that an email had gone out to stores saying that it was an error, and that it was 5X bonus Edge point, not 5X bonus credit.

In terms of the controller, mine had a tear in the rubber on one of the analog sticks, but the rubber was all still there. They took it with no issue, but your mileage may vary.
Check your save data stored in PS+ to make sure everything's being properly uploaded. It only works like 30% of the time for me.
Seconding this.
Before initialization I decided to upload to PSN and overwrite whatever was already there just to make doubly sure my saves would be backed. It doesn't take long at all to upload saves manually.

Mine was ripped badly and it was not an issue. He said it is only a problem when you are taking in just a controller as it is just redid in the store. When you give them a customer it is sent in for QA and repairs if needed

They're saving it for when VIII comes out, most likely. They want to get their multiple releases out there. Plus then they can add in exclusive VIII sneak peeks and all that and make us marks pay for it a third time.
That's what I'm doing. I'm actually not really planning to get a 4K TV, but it seems there are still quite a lot of benefits for 1080p gaming with enhancements (a lot being improved visuals due to downsampling, or steadier framerates), and I'm all for that.
They seem to be shipping in waves, starting from yesterday. Mine is shipping November 14, for instance.
I don't have a 4K TV, but I do use PS VR, so between that and upgrades to games like FFXV, it was worth it to me.
