If they're going to negotiate a new license with Disney and actually do some work on the game I see no reason to release it on one platform.

If it's just a 3Dmake of the NES game, I don't see the issue. It'll sell on 3DS.

Besides, if they worked out a Ducktales NES port or VC-dump, I think they might have more Disney stuff in the works.

Why did anyone ever think they were going to announce Strider here just because it leaked alongside a ton of other unreleased games? This was never likely. However, this does indicate it likely exists, just is probably being saved for the 30th anniversary celebration.
