Also - @joystiq reporting that Capcom has confirmed a "new Mega Man game" is in development, but not ready to provide details.

Given how many Mega Man games have been canceled recently, announcing another one that seemingly just exists on paper is pretty weird. Talk about it when you have something to show, and aren't going to axe it.
