Oh my FREAKIN GORD!!!!

How do they let this stupid show stay on the air? Seriously! I'd sooner watch infomercials about some new tampon-inserter than this garbage. But it's like a train wreck... I see it, and I want to look away but I can't.

The joke writing is ATROCIOUS!!!

I swear to God, they're playing a game called "Name that jam" and some girl stood up and started talking about how she loves kanye west but her husband was kidnapped by ninjas in japan. This followed the BLAZING JOKE about the song "A girl from impanema".

WHAT THE HELL!??!!

This is awful!!!! Carson needs to die.

I laughed pretty hard when Jessica Alba was on, and she was like, "Oh, you try and actually tell jokes now, huh?".

I just love the look on his face when he plays one of the clips that's meant to be funny and then they come back to him and he's basically like a deer in headlights because no one is even laughing.

The only real plus to the show is he often has pretty good music on because he's trying really hard to escape his MTV days.

This poster pulses with an appeal so broad the typical restraints of our societies fall by the wayside.
I'm glad someone else recognizes this show as the fucking atrocity that it is. I mean, I swear I've seen episodes where there was actually NO crowd reaction aside from the necessary applauding. This stuff is some of the worst writing I've EVER heard on a talk show. I really can't believe it's been on for, what, three or four seasons now?

It doesn't help when I try to complain about the show to someone, because they always look at me like I'm crazy and ask "You actually watch that?" And I actually do end up watching it most nights because I leave NBC on after Conan while I'm at my computer.

The show was much better when Carson wasn't trying to be Jay Leno. The interviews are still ok. I like the though though, mostly because Carson puts on a lot of bands that I've never heard of. It's a good place to hear new music, as all the other talkshows almost always only have big name artists on. Almost every band on Last Call is making their "network television debut."

will totally Facebook friend you! *giggle* *LOL*
Is there anything else on at that time of night? CBS would probably get some more viewers if they replayed Letterman.

I found it funny when Carson Daly was being interviewed and was asked what time his show was on...it went like "it's on during that time when you have to get up and take a leak" =P

His show is probably the worst one ever. I'd even dare to say it's on the same level as the Mike Bullard show up here in Canada.

I shudder whenever Carson tries to deliver a joke.

That's a cruel, but fair, comparison. It'd actually rank Mike Bullard higher simply because he's fat, ugly, and twitches a lot when he laughs at one of his horrible jokes. Oh, and Mike Bullard's no longer on the airways and Carson is, automatically making Mike better.

Hey, me too! Except, I keep the tv mute until either the guests come out or until I notice that the band (depending who they are) has started playing.
