TBH in a legal manner CDPR did the right thing here - go to where you bought the game, PSN, XBL or physical store and deal with it there. If I buy e.g. LG TV from Amazon and it's defective I do not deal with LG, I deal with Amazon.Quick update... After talking to sony support on the phone for the second time they still refusing the refund. Bitches.
Another matter is their wording on Monday that made it seem there is some agreement in place between platform holders and CDPR regarding refunds. This was unlikely to happen as it would have created a precedent of refund policies being different for each title, which Sony and Microsoft would never want (plus it's probably a logistical nightmare).
