Do we really need to post some idiot's twitter post? If you search enough you can find someone saying dumb or racist shit about anything. No need to lend legitimacy to these idiots.

Serious question: Why does Black Panther have the best costume ever?

It's fucking amazing, seriously.

I kinda hope the cape makes it in as well, but I'm already hearing all the "BUT BATMAN" ignorance all over the place, so it's probably better that it just doesn't happen.

Knowing nothing about this character, that name sounds like some blacksploitation thing from the 70s.

Everyone seems to be excited, however, so I take it that it's a good enough story to compensate for the weirdness.

Parallax

best seen in the classic "Shadow of the Beast"

Im gonna guess because of the black part?

I'm not seeing the resemblance to batman at all outside of the pointy ears. Are pointy ears exclusive to batman now?

The Black Panther is from the 60s....and he's bad ass, read up on him, he's great.

There's like 3 (maybe more) characters you could call "Marvel's Batman." Panther just happens to look the most like him.

Black Panther as in black panthers, the big cat from Africa, it's what he's dressed as. He actually predates the political party.

I keep hearing people say that they can't wait to see Russo directed action scenes with BP, is this because of his role in Cap 3, or is there a chance Marvel could also have them direct the BP standalone?

The character is literally dressed like a black panther. I don't see what's so weird about that.

I think it's because of his role in cap 3. Winter Soldier"s action scenes were great

I wouldn't mind the short cape with small simply for a decorative that he takes off before a battle.

The cape must be long enough and he must take it off in battle to use as a distraction or something. Toss it into a shooters line of sight.
