Man all these announcements are seriously making me want to pick up some marvel books. What's the best black panther story to start with?

There was no CG stuntman in the first one. They developed the tech for the second and third one.

BP got his own ongoing series in 98, all written by Christopher Priest. He was a pretty boring/terrible character before that though. Priest at least made him respectable.
The Marvel Knights series after that was pretty good too. I actually liked the 70's stuff too.
There have been a lot of Black Panther comics. It just never reached the big sales of the other Marvel franchises.

That's the worst thing I've read all day. Christopher Priests run on BP is classic and defining for the character, Hudlin was awful.

Hemsworth talked about it a bit and he said even during the last couple of weeks of shooting, when they are all in the costumes and stuff, they are already shedding a lot of mass, plus they don't keep it for their in between roles. They stay fit obviously, but did you see them during CC and stuff? Those things are pretty hard to maintain.

I know only have a surface level understanding of BP but I am glad this is going to happen.
That being said, I am legit dreading all the racists whining about a fictional super futuristic city in Africa. We'll be hearing this for the next couple of years.

EDIT: Actually there is some at the end, but not fight or stunt shots. Just Neo as matrix code stuff where the whole point is for it to look like CG.
