not necessarily. Some things can be banned as hate speech, pro nazi statements in Germany spring to mind. These guys obviously walk the line, don't know enough about them (screw actually viewing their website on any connection that has my name tied to it) but I imagine they have to be VERY careful with the language around the shit they obviously want to get up to.

That was my position. It seems that it is a website which incites adults to have sexual relationship with kids, which is a crime. Incite a crime, as far as I know, is considered to be a misuse of the liberty of expression, and thus is persecuted. Still, it is hard to judge a website content when you are not willing to enter it :/

So instead of stopping with drinking water as well.. after ten days Van den Berg started eating again. He says 'he's made his point well enough' and he wants to be able to defend himself at trial. The judge prolonged his remand with 60 days..

This whole situation is mind-boggling. I'm not sure what the hell he's complaining about either. The Dutch prison system isn't exactly known for its brutality:
