Neither Marilyn Manson or Brian Warner are credited on IMDB. Though it appears that someone who fits Manson's description is in the trailer. Around 15/16 seconds into the trailer and in a white room. The guy on the far left kind of looks like Manson, though it's hard to tell it goes by so quick.
