Cheap Arse Gaffer |Europe| With Or Without EU

Or write it on a piece of paper and put it in a locked box and hide the box and key at two different places somewhere in the world, so only people who REALLY deserve it can get it

Star Wars Battlefront (PS4) is down to £12.50 on Amazon UK. I know it usually gets down to ~£15 during PSN sales, but that's the lowest I have seen a new physical copy.

Speaking of which, can someone help me decide if I should pull the trigger. I played the Beta and had a decent time, I just worry that getting the base game will leave me struggling to find a game? Surely everyone who is still left playing that game regularly will have all the DLC?

I played it frequently last month and had no trouble finding a match, it was still fairly populated as far as I could understand but now that BF1, Titanfall 2 and COD just came out I have no idea if it's as active as before.

People who post codes in this thread are for users of the forum, not lurkers without an account. Whats with the sarcastic tone for something fairly obvious?

Got it last month with the season pass on PSN. Plenty of players, but the game would be pretty barebones without the DLC content.

Or put it in the E-Mail tag, much superior to using Modbot since you dont need a scientific degree for that.
I remember when GAME were giving out those random vouchers some years ago (before modbot existed) on the last day I dumped the ones I had not used here inside an e-mail tag. It was about 10 in total. Despite no one saying they had used them all but one were taken when later in the day when my brother asked if I had any spare.

Non-registered users can't say thanks (unless they stalk you and find out you have a neglected twitter account or something) but registered users don't always say thanks either (maybe it's just the shame of taking the code). With modbot you usually know it gets taken.

So 2 things

1- I Tweeted base.com asking fi they'd get SEGA 3DS Classics collection and got a reply that they might get some copies this week, so keep an eye on their store.

2- If anyone wants to use ModBot, here's a simpler guide:
ZjRzP8a.png

Recipent and Title of the PM should be as above

After the :
you put the game's code.
Write 'PSN Code' before the :
So that ModBot will state it is a PSN code

Under the game you're giving away you have the following options that you could use
RAFFLE gives members 3 hours to enter the raffle for a chance to win the code
RAFFLE24 gives them 24 hours
SHORTRAFFLE the raffle will be for 15 minutes afterwards ModBot chooses the winner and the code gets sent to them

You can also NOT enter RAFFLE to make it a first come, first serve kind of deal.

NOJUNIORS is for if one doesn't want Juniors to enter the raffle & BLACKLIST makes it so certain members who had bad history with giveaways not enter for the raffle.

ModBot will then reply to you with a code you can enter in your post so you can give away the game.

It becomes easier after the first time to use ModBot :P

SimplyGames have Watch Dogs 2 for £37.85

Yup. Just hoping they get enough Day 1's since they didn't with World of FF.

Then again, with their early shipping, could finish it over the weekend and get a refund if it's not a day 1.

Looks like everywhere has put FFXV up to about £37. I was sure it was going for about £34 up until like last week :/

Gafxit ¿?

I prefer the email-tag, the mod bots are too much clicks, but, it tells you when it was used which is nice.
this. usually used this for giving away codes, since only gaffers were able to quote and reveal the code.
i received god eater 2 today.
eshop codes arent cheap anywhere right?
i used my cc for smash dlc, but there is no chance to get it cheaper somewhere like xbl/psn?

Maybe some people buy the double packs and sell off their codes? I've seen a Brit on eBay do it (3DS).

Anyone ordered the PS4 Pro off amazon lately?

I'm annoyed I missed the 332 offer but went for it there. Ended up having to get Amazon CS to edit the order as no matter what it wouldn't let me pick 1 day delivery. now the order is all through the pre-order page won't give me an estimate of delivery :(

Guess I'll me going in store to get one....not buying from GAME so gotta find somewhere else

Heads up UK Gaf.

Xbox One Elite 1tb Console which includes the Elite Controller is just £179 at Tesco. http://www.tesco.com/direct/xbox-on...-elite-controller/330-3868.prd?skuId=330-3868

Based on that price and the cost of the Elite Controller, you are essentially getting an Xbox One with 1tb SHDD for just £60-70.

This seems like it may industry wide move as Argos cut prices in both Ireland and UK as well. Argos are £20 more on the above deal though.

The Irish price is €250 (or €15 more if you bundle in The Division)

Kinect bundles. Bundles with free Gears 4. Forza bundles are all marked down in Argos too.

Wonder will Amazon hop aboard?

Is it best to wait till Black Friday for any deals on Wii U games?

Looking for some good prices on Mario Maker, Yoshi, Toad and Tokyo Mirage Sessions to round out my Wii U collection (maybe Colour Splash too, I need to read more reviews)

I'm doing the same right now, and I found the best way is to get them used on ebay. Most are 50% of the price you find them in stores/online new. I also see a lot of people getting rid of their whole Wii U collection in classified ads, so deals can be had there as well.

I wouldn't expect deals on physical Wii U games on Black Friday or ever really

Yeah, definitely clearing out old stock. Some good Kinect and Game bundles knocking about too.

It is all about the S now.

Couldn't resist and ordered to pick up from a local store tomorrow.

I'm now wondering if there are enough unique games on it to justify the purchase though, given that I've already got a PS4.

Hmm.

D4
Rare Replay
Sunset Overdrive
Then the MS franchises.

Pretty much all I use on the thing and not even the new MS games as I have a decent PC.

Rare replay, FH3, Master Chief Collection, Ori & Elite Dangerous are all I can think of that interest me, and two of those are collections of old games.

Looks like Tesco has a 30 day return window though so no problem either way.

Amazon have had Mario Maker and Yoshi as lightening deals a few weeks back so I'm sure they'll turn up for black Friday.

Tokyo Mirage Sessions is unlikely to ever drop below £30 before it sells out IMO, The Game Collection had it for £30 the other day and it was sold out almost instantly.

Captain Toad is currently only £16.99 on Amazon:
https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B01KNPPPTC/
or if you aren't a prime member flubit gave me an offer of £16.69

Any decent deals currently for pokemon Sun/moon or Battlefield for PS4, or should i just chance it for black friday? I'm not in any rush to play either

For everyone looking for Sega Classics Collection 3d, grooves.land has it for 31.59€ with free shipping worldwide. Plus, if you use the code DAE936K you get 10% off, making it 28.43€. They're trustworthy and delivery is quite fast, I recently used the for Bravely Second and had no problems at all.

Isn't that more or less just the normal price? Amazon.fr has it for 24.99EUR.

Amazon.fr charges 5€+ for shipping to some European countries, so this is an alternative. And that discount code can be used on every item there, so there might be some other good deals.

Yeah I'll pick Toad up soon for that price, the others I'm resigned to getting for between £30 and £40, I just don't want to grab them now and then see them at under £30 in a few weeks time

Also Mario Maker is sure to make it to Switch so I might skip that entirely if I can't find it for under £30

Been looking at the Xbox One UK situation for the past hour, it is a move from Microsoft themselves and all major retailers to clean out stock of the OG console.

Cheapest deal for Elite I could find so far is at Curry's for 190£ : http://www.currys.co.uk/gbuk/tv-and...-xbox-one-elite-bundle-1-tb-10153557-pdt.html

Argos and Tesco have a lot of different bundles on offer, so you can find any combination of console and games.

Amazon is the only major shop that hasn't got the deals, for some reason.
