I think a tournament mode with brackets both for dueling and team play would be pretty amazing.
Anyone have a spare from a 4-pack? Or interested in getting one?
Does anyone know how to do that double left swing? I've seen some people do it.
They'll swing left, then swing left immediately afterwards but it's a lot faster and starts at around the halfway point of the swing.
Would do the 4-pack also.Did you get any1 from the 4-pack? Still interested as well.
Are you sure they aren't feinting?
No, Feinting is done on swing windup. This is literally right as the first swing is ending with no downtime or windup on the second.

You need to relax. Just think of it as stupid fun. Charge in and lop some heads off. Having friends to play with would definitely help.
At least that's how I cope with the game's shortcomings.
I can't stop playing this game, it absorbed me for the last few days. The combat is so fun and so much skill goes into fights. I just hope the developer made enough money to support it.
Too many blatant teamkillers. Not the accidental ones or the kills after the team has won the round, but chopping down teammates right at the start and continuing, as if it was FFA.
Yeah, this game is done. Glitchers/hack users everywhere now.
Rapid fire archers win.
Such a shame. Fucking shitty online gaming.
Have any of you seen this?: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V1B9sHBbyhs&list=UUnsEhLNp2-rjWo6CHgBFoMQ&index=2&feature=plcp
Easy wins with the Halberd.
Yeah, I've been playing around with it and it feels somewhat OP. It's a great 'killsteal' weapon as well, it seems.
This is a BETA and there may still be bugs and issues we have not found in our internal testing. We will only be hosting server(s) that are located in Virginia (US East) so if you do not get decent pings to that location, it is recommended you wait for the official release! You will not be able to have both the beta and the official version of the game in your game list at the same time -- switching between the two versions will incur downloads of up to 1GB.
Slots are limited as we can only host a limited number of servers!
If you have read the above and still wish to test the beta, please following these instructions:
1) Right Click "Chivalry: Medieval Warfare" on your game list
2) Hit Properties
3) Click on the "Betas" tab
4) In the dropdown menu, select the "Beta" branch. You should see "Successfully opted into the 'Beta' content beta.
5) Close the window and the next time you go to launch the game, Steam will automatically begin to download the update.
If you wish to go back to the release build, follow the above steps, except in the drop-down menu, select "NONE - Opt out of all beta programs."
Friends keep ranting about how good it is, but 25 dollars is too steep for my wallet atm. Any Canadian players mind telling me how their ping is in game?
This game kinda dissapointed me.
Warband has it beat in my opinion.
The game is glitchy as hell but the latest update kinda helped a bit. The gameplay is kinda fun overall and it has it's moments but it's not stunning.
It's definitely easier than Warband.It's a bit glitchy but I prefer jumping into this for 5-10 minutes of play over Warband.
Once you have the melee system figured out it's pretty much a breeze getting killing sprees.
Try one of the Arena FFA 24/7 servers.
That's pretty much all I do in this game now.
It's definitely easier than Warband.
One thing that really blows my mind is how the server list doesn't show game mode. Who on earth thought that was a good design decision? I mean holy crap.
Game mode is shown in the map name.
ffa = Free For All
koh = King of the Hill
to = Objective
lts = Last Team Standing
tdm = Team Deathmatch
If you want to search for specific modes you can just type the desired mode in the map filter.
