The premium system comes with a remote, right? Their site says this:

The Xbox 360 Premium System includes the Xbox 360 console, a wireless controller, 20GB detachable drive and headset.

By my math, a premium system (with remote included) with an extra controller and those two games should be $559.96. Are we getting screwed out of $30 for a remote by CC that should be included in the system anyway?

The remote they are including is the retail one that MS is releasing, not the already included remote with the package. That is, you'll end up with 2 remotes: the one in the premium package and the retail one (which is a complete media remote.) So, add $29.95 to your total.

You get the bigger remote that controls your whole media center and the mini one that comes in the prem.pack,its f-ing stupid.They should have stuck a play and charge kit in the bundle.

The games are sealed. Damn near any store in the country will take it in trade straight up for another new game.

After I pre-order this, I'm looking forward to going into Gamestop, cancel everything I had with them, and ask for my cash back...

If you have a receipt and paid cash, they should give you cash back. Their sign at customer service just says that if you paid with a check and the refund is more than $100, they'll send you a check. Cash or credit card transactions can be handled in-store.
