(CNN) Why I'm voting for Trump. A look inside Trump's supporters

Don't underestimate Trump's ability to light a fire under the minorities of this country who would normally be more apathetic, either.

There are people in my family, who are only a couple generations removed from undocumented immigrants, that support Trump's stance on immigration.

It's gross.

The doom-saying about Obama's economic policies these past eight years from Fox News puts North Korean propaganda to shame.

We were arguing about Bush in regards to Obama (if you were actually reading the conversation chain) and yes the stats do speak for themselves considering the state Bush left the economy and global affairs at in comparison to the level at which they are now. Even contextualized against recession recoveries, America actually did fairly well in comparison to most western countries. Even ignoring that the Obama Presidency would have to significantly blunder far worse than it actually did considering how catastrophic the Bush Presidency actually was, contextualised stats or no contextual stats, many of the problems America faced were specifically due to the actions of the Bush Presidency.

I don't think there is a major political party in the Western world with less understanding of how the economy actually works that the Republican party. They are still on the tax-cuts-are-self-financing train years after it went off the tracks.

I got mine.

It's really sad. As an immigrant myself, I feel nothing but empathy for folks in or at the fringes of the system. It's stressful terrifying and fragile. You feel helpless in a tempest of paperwork and uncertainty. And my situation was comparatively easy. I wasn't fleeing tyranny or danger (unless you count John Major and Tennents Super).

The idea that already terrified and deliberately under the radar illegal immigrants illegally vote is so stupendously nonsensical that politicians who try to make legislation based on this should be drummed out of town. They're actually trying to stop LEGAL immigrants from voting.

It's really hilarious. Last year several of the Republican candidates were talking about how bad it has been under Obama the last 7 years. They are trying to blame Obama for Bush's shit.

I don't like Trump, but I have to admit the way he screwed with Fox news was kinda badass...

Poster claims it's impossible to buy a house before 25.
Poster claims he did.

No reason to be snarky.

How do you pay for a house and college by 25? That's upwards of $100,000. I can't imagine where that cash came from, but I doubt it's some universal experience that can apply to anybody.
