lol, I see some guy on my FL playing CoD2 (his motto is COD4 is coming - so I guess he's a BIG fan) so I send him a Game invite to the beta (as with everybody else in my FL just to be a dick).
I next get message "?" - He hasn't realized what the message is yet.
Next I get a voice message in a very angry tone "Haha very funny, You lie! the beta isn't out yet, oh yeah, I hate you! I hate you! I hate you! and your off my friends list.... Fucktard"
At this point I'm laughing my ass off but also don't get why/how he thinks I could have sent him the game invite if I didn't have it...
Anyway, 2 minutes later (while I'm playing) I get another voice message now sounding apologetic and nervous "Ummmm, yea, so... ummm, are you like one of the guys who make the game.. umm yea sorry about earlier... umm yea, thanks...."
Straight after another, he's regained his composer "Oh man aghhhh! I'm really SORRY. I hope you're having a good time playing I really love your games. how possible would it be for me to get in a couple days earlier my friend. I'm a really big fan. Again thanks."

What classes are people using right now? I haven't quite got mine the way I want it yet. I've been primarily using:
Primary: M4 w/ grenade launcher
Secondary: Some pistol (who cares, really?)
Perk 1: Empty (because I'm on the grenade launcher)
Perk 2: Stopping Power (I can't aim for shit, so this helps)
Perk 3: Deep Impact
I might swap Deep Impact for Extreme Conditioning because I don't find myself shooting people through walls very often. I also can't decide if I want to stick w/ the grenade launcher or use a better scope or something.
My go-to build:
M4 w/ red dot + woodland camo
USP .45
Flashbangs
3 x Special Grenades
Stopping Power
Extreme Conditioning
Its accurate, powerful, versatile, and I can sprint from fight to fight.
Lots of people discount Extreme Conditioning as a useful perk, but I pretty much put it on all my classes.
M4 w/ red dot + woodland camo

3 x Special Grenades
Stopping Power
Extreme Conditioning

The Beta has been announced as going public on Monday 27th August at 12PM PDT, and the release date was re-confirmed as the week of November 5th, just in-case anyone didnt make the Press Conference earlier in the day. Also, the Beta will definitely be coming to Europe, and any other region Infinity Ward can manage. This was made very strongly, so clearly they didnt mean to upset non-US citizens.
