Looks like Mayfield is starting tonight. Not good news for our turnover margin.

Also appears to be a shakeup at receiver; Marquez moved to inside receiver and starting over Jakeem Grant, Reginald Davis moving into Marquez's vacant starting outside receiver spot.

Glad we get Dennell Wesley and Tre Porter back on defense. Should help out the run defense a bit (meaning it will upgrade to "tragedy" from "disaster").

I don't think it was. Too much confusion amongst the blockers. A bunch of them were turning their heads trying to see what happened, and they showed a clip of Kingsbury talking to our special teams coach and they were both putting their hands up like they didn't know what happened as they celebrated. Don't confuse the number of UT players that got through for it bring intentional; our special teams blocking is dreadful.

No kidding. I was prrtty confident he was going to come back next season until he got knocked out on the goal line in the Baylor game after suffering a shoulder injury against OSU the week prior.

Mayfield in particular seems to really just hang him out to dry over the middle.

That Baylor hit was brutal. Especially after having the internal bleeding last year. Just can't do that for free.

Sure, they completed a 4th down pass to have that chance, but you'd think that maybe if they had taken the 2nd TO instead of spiking it, they'd have more time to get closer.

Tech managed to build up all the hype, and then meet expectations by losing 5 straight to end the year.

I still can't figure out this texas team. I'll pick them next week to beat baylor because McCoy has some weird magic in him
