This about to be the easiest 15m hell ever make. They doing him a favor at this point.
The trick is that I think the 15m is reduced by any other contract. So he gets maximum LSU cash by not coaching anywhere for the next year or two, but at 62, if he wants to keep coaching, he shouldn't wait too long.

I'm astonished to find out, Henry's less than 100 yards away from holding the single season rushing record in the SEC (Herschel leads with 1,891). While playing in more games than Herschel, Henry is about 90 carries less than what Herschel needed (Herschel's 385 to Henry's current 295)
