It was brought up as a hypothetical discussion based on some random Tweet talking about FSU joining the B1G. Also in that discussion was talk of Ohio State joining the SEC.

He feels that Rutgers has better facilities, recruiting grounds, & cash flow.

Plus, the tradition of Rutgers is second to none. Rutgers is the first team to win a national championship, and played in the first college football game. That's tradition that is unrivaled. It in fact makes the Rutgers job superior to Alabama or USCw.

Kyle Flood has such a low salary at Rutgers because he realizes that the Rutgers job is so great that you don't get paid by Rutgers to coach there. You pay Rutgers for the right to coach at such a historic institution.
