If you didn't have reasons to love Scott Van Pelt:

"We talk about the SEC because they are the best, I'm not in the business of talking about what's not relevant. I hate wasting time talking about things that are irrelevant, like Notre Dame."

Strong words from a John L Smith backer!

I hate Arkansas, but I don't see them crapping this one up at home to Rutgers with Wilson playing..

Wilson's speech makes them win by a Field Goal, that's how inspiring it was.

But the SEC isn't the best... they have two good teams.. and those are the only teams people talk about.. which is why people hate the SEC love.

It's been 15 years since Penn St beat Temple.

Temple
Penn State has been playing Temple frequently since 1931. Temple has not beaten Penn State since 1941, and Penn State holds a 37–3–1 record in the series, after defeating Temple 14–10 at Lincoln Financial Field in 2011.[42][43] The current series will continue every season except the 2013 season through at least 2016.[44] Penn State's 30 game winning streak over Temple is currently the longest active streak in college football.

Missed the most important part of the statement. Just as senile as their coach, it appears!

Looks like the screaming marine has spoken -

"As he ran toward me, I could see him start to make the 'shhhhh' motion holding his hand up. I knew behind me was the Texas fan section, and he was staring straight ahead. So I'm thinking, well, I know he’s not 'shhhh-ing' his own people."

As Goodwin started to motion, Roberts responded exactly the way a graduate of Marine drill instructor school would, and Internet gold formed instantly.

"It was hey, don’t hush me, because Marines, well ... we don’t like to be hushed," he says with a laugh.

Looks like someone's vandalizing the Penn St wiki page. They haven't beaten Temple since a 52-10 victory on 9/13/97.

Pretty sure Penn State has only won one game since 1998. That's the problem with relying upon Wikipedia: any old idiot can edit it.

Edit: Cyan, my tigger. training_day_denzel.jpg

*internet high five*

lol

I take it this is my hazing? lol

In all fairness I went to Lafayette for undergrad, it's not like I could get into college football much....well besides the Lehigh game...which was more for the free beer and openly sanctioned drinking.

ESPN has ten cameras set up to cover the FSU v Clemson game.

Talk about overkill. In this photo you can see:
  • Three cameras in the west side stands.
  • One cameras behind each of the endzones.
  • Two cameras on each sideline, all four of which are on dollies, and two of which are also on cranes.
  • SkyCam
This is by far the most cameras I've ever seen in Doak to cover one game. The three in the stands, two at the endzones, and one of the two on the home team side are at pretty much every game. SkyCam and the second west sideline camera are obviously special since this is a big game. The two cameras on the opposing side of the field I have never seen at in 10 years going to FSU games. I'm not sure why they are necessary, since they always show the game from the same side of the field. Must be for replays or something.

Not in this photo, the Goodyear blimp, which was flying overhead and has a camera on it.

if things could get worse for JLS, I don't know what else life could throw his way.

His brother passed away, and he flew to Idaho yesterday to attend the funeral.

There is no Hazing, penn st has been on a 14 year losing streak, finally getting that win last week! Cant believe we kept them in the B1G, but i feel like their a program on the rise!

It wasn't a losing streak, it was a winless streak. Jeez get it right.

Is it in 3D? It would explain the number of cameras.

I smell epic meltdown, but the refs didn't call the PI or the late hit on them in that drive.

Still, ULM looks better and 2 picks is not a good start.
