How can anyone take Hines Ward seriously as an analyst?
I've seen Rutgers play and I didn't think they would be doing this to any SEC team.
Who?
Yes baby! Defense finally.
Depends on what he's analyzing. If we're analyzing cheap shots and dirty play he would be Madden and Summerall combined.
"I don't know if that was caught or not?"
REALLY???
Is it just me or did analysts invent the word "double move" about 5 years ago? I cannot remember ever hearing that phrase before then, but now it seems every time the ball is thrown deep, the WR did a "double move" to get separation on the play.
Damn dude, we need to actually get out our defense out of the locker room.
Well they say as you get older time goes faster, so 5 years to you, is actually 20 years for the rest of us.
Allen says Shapiro wasn't trying to buy recruits. According to Allen, there was a five-star defensive back recruit in the class of 2003 who Shapiro told him he'd spent a lot of money on. The kid ended up signing with another school. "I'm not doing that anymore," Allen recalled Shapiro saying. "We can't outbid these [expletive] SEC schools."
I actually think you guys are doing a really good job. We're probably the best offense you'll play all year and the only reason we only got that TD was due to a muffed punt.

I found this article from 1996, FWIW. http://www.greenbaypressgazette.com/ic/favre/articles/favre_24429260.shtmlIs it just me or did analysts invent the word "double move" about 5 years ago? No way. You guys are all over us, dominating the line with an offensive line that should be no problem for us, tearing apart our secondary and overall making us look silly.
Glad it's just not me. I propose the double move drinking game. Take a shot every time an analyst says "double move."I seem to hear this much more in recent years as well.
Disagree. First TD was just a mistake by one guy and he still almost broke it up. The second scoring drive they moved it well but we obviously stopped them and the refs made a mistake. After that, we stopped them two times in a row. Can't anticipate a muffed punt. It has been a pretty closely fought game. A few penalties on FSU the two big mistakes (FG miss and muffed punt) are what have decided the game thus far.
Looks down, but damn close.
