Always most to least. I get comics on Wednesdays so I'm already psyched for the stuff I'm psyched for most. Why would I torture myself further?

I remember when Final Crisis was going, I shopped at Midtown before work. They open at 8. I literally ran from the train to the store on FC days. Best event series ever.
Think of monthly shipping! By the time I get my comics I know exactly what I want to read most.

Also jungle girl omnibus sale at comixology....yay or neigh?

Most to least, and then when i figure out i'm only excited to read 25-30 out of 50 books, i frown.

This is how I decided what books to drop. If I ever got that frowny feeling, the book gets dropped. It's odd how much money I spent on bad books because I felt obligated to read them.

I could never in my life wait that long. I barely make it through the day now that I pick my books up after work as opposed to before.

I totally get that excited too, every Wednesday! As far as reading order, I read the best books first and take it from there. This week, it's either Dial H up first or Hawkeye.

Sorry to go on, but can anyone recommend some Spider-trades for me? Just finished Spider-Island and Avenging, loved them, want to get back into it.

Edit: Haha, didn't see the above post - thanks! Whereabouts does that begin, as far as the trades go? Which do I get first?

Not sure of the actual order but here are the links to the trades.

The Big Time Ultimate Collection I think reprints everything from Big Time to Spider Island.

You like Avengers? We got Avengers.

Can't identify the two characters above and behind Cap. Marvel. I'm guessing the fire guy next to Thor is Human Torch, but I'm probably wrong.

I used to be really bad about that as well, buying books because I'd always bought them regardless of quality. It has only been recently I've been able to cull my pull list.

Presumably Cannonball and Sunspot - Hickman said New Mutants characters were in the book, and he's a huge fan of those two, seeing as they starred in the first story he ever wrote for Marvel.

The guy behind Captain Marvel is a mystery, possibly completely new. Shang-Chi will be a member as well according to prior interviews, which leaves three more characters in the 18-member lineup that aren't shown here.

Oh my god. I started reading comics regularly in january 2010 so I've only ever read FC as a complete thing. Having to wait between issues of final crisis would have killed me.

Is it possible to not see Black Widow's gun as Thor's penis? Widest stance ever.

I have a The Walking Dead #1. I've never sold any of my comics but I'm thinking of selling this soonish. Seems to be around 800-1,000 on ebay?? Should I wait it out longer? or sell now?

Does no one have the balls to shield-ify Wolverine and SpiderWomans costumes?
Come on i was hoping for a new Spider Woman atleast, im so tired of her costume, i cant be the only one who thinks its shitty....can I?

cannonball and sunspot on the avengers?
YES!

They sure have grown up huh?

I like it but probably from watching the Spiderwoman cartoon when I was a kid forever ago.

I think Marvel's gonna get me. Still aven't added any though.

I'd sell now since the property is red hot. Honestly, stuff like that typically loses value when its popularity dies down.

Assuming you need the money and won't miss having it in your collection of course.

I've never read an Avengers book. Is 18 members normal? Seems a huge amount.

I think it normally hovers around 6-10 for whose the main team in a given book, but the Avengers are usually pretty huge in membership.

Hickman said that book all basically revolve, showing different groups at different times, and having groups change members from time to time. My guess is issue 1-3 each focus on Cap, Thor, and Iron Man's teams respectively.

It is atypically large, but Hickman is good at plotting things out long-term, and plans to balance out bigger arcs featuring the whole cast with shorter arcs focusing on a handful of members, so I have faith that he knows what he's doing.

Oh, and:

I just finished catching up on everything Batman post Battle for the Cowl through Flashpoint. I'm going to read Green Lantern since Hal Jordans return. Anything else I should catch before I jump into the new 52?
I got the impression these were the two books least impacted by the reboot

Dumb question: How does this work exactly?

Did you have to put your name on a list? Was is free or did you pay/have to buy something of his? He'll draw whatever people ask?

He's just awesome. He's drawn me a Hawkeye and a Nightwing. My ex was excited at all his sharpies so he made her a Wonder Woman sort of teaching her how.
